Hyatt Place Atlanta Downtown

Centrally located, wonderful staff and very good breakfast. This is bookmarked for our next trip to Atlanta.

Wasn’t what I was expecting for a Hyatt. The whole hotel had a funny smell to it almost like roach spray. The breakfast was not pleasant. The rooms had an even stronger order to it. Bathroom had rust in it. Aside from that, the location was convenient to the State Farm Arena. It was just kinda hard to find in passing. Overall, the hotel was doable. Just not what I was expecting. It’s very convenient if you are just looking to be close to the arena. It’s a 15- 20 minute walk

No complaints warm was nice

The breakfast was great and the rooms were beey clean.

Lastly the bathroom is designed for a tiny person, and I'm only 5;10 190. And it was small. Bottom line for $ 129 it's decent but parking is expensive. I give it 3.5 stars at most. Breakfast was ok but not sure if those eggs&bacon were real food. They tasted like science project. Lastly . Checking out. Different front desk lady was super nice. So it's almost good. But I wouldn't stay at the hotel again.

Excellent location, nice breakfast, quiet comfy rooms for family with kids

Last day of stay they shut the water off from 10-5 pm without notice. Alll five of us had to take a number two so that wasn't fun

Decent hotel in a good location. Could use some renovation especially bathrooms and bedding. Breakfast bar just OK if you're into powdered eggs. Great coffee though! Friendly and helpful staff.

Great staff and perfect location - walking distance was fair for our Worldcup game and Accuarium schedules. Pricing not unfair but fairness would increase if parking rate enjoy a discount for guests staying in the hotel overnight.

I disliked the awful carpet smell when entering the hotel. The hallway carpet also had an awful smell. I enjoyed the breakfast

There was a young lady that worked every night we were there. She was super sweet and helpful. She helped with parking, checking in, and making sure we knew all the details. She spoke to us every time we crossed her path.

We came to Atlanta for a concert and enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect spot for shopping and eating.

Clean rooms and nice breakfast. Location of hotel is close to everything.

Staff was friendly and amazing. Breakfast was good, coffee fresh, rooms very clean and cleaned daily. Great location - easy walk from the train station (from the airport) and easy walk to the aquarium. Close to many good food options.

Cheap breakfast , Holiday Inn Express had better breakfast

Room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly. Parking is $35 which was reasonable. Breakfast was a great variety. Short walk to many restaurants.

Excellent hotel! Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and great service. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
