Property maintenance is not good and as per pictures included. Bathroom lock is not working in the room allocated to us. Overall property maintenance is poor and not preferable if going with kids. Charged for overnight parking though it mentioned online as parking

We found the location convenient, the room clean and the staff friendly. While it is under construction, it did not inconvenience us.

Property was under construction and I received no notification of this. The entrance was not secure due to construction and unlocked doors in the evening. The front desk clerk seemed confused about his job and the room was dirty. I did not stay and was denied any type of refund coming all the way from Ohio.

Definitely under renovation. Construction equipment everywhere and loose screws littered about. I picked one up in the parking garage, and was very grateful that my car tire didn’t find it first! We ended up in an older style room that was very dated with cracked tiles in the shower, a hole in the exterior wall that you could see outside though, and melted spots and stains in the carpet in the room. Breakfast was fine, but not small child friendly. Neither was the general area of the hotel, we walked to the aquarium which was a nice easy walk, but definitely didn’t feel totally safe. There was a lot of siren noise and heard people yelling through the night. The proximity to the aquarium was the main perk. I was also glad to be able to park my car in a gated garage under the hotel, to keep it off the street in the unsafe area. Overall, you get what you pay for, next time I think I’ll splurge a little more and get a nicer place.

They are renovating so a little messy but the rooms were clean & comfy … close to city attractions ….

Estaba aceptable, es un hotel en remodelación poque es un hotel viejo pero la ubicación es muy buena todo te queda cerca y tienen parqueadero en el sótano ($25) así que por el precio está aceptable

Otherwise the hotel is fine, we did not leverage amenities except for the breakfast tables, patio and WiFi. Breakfast is ok if you have no dietary limitations as there are no gluten free or other allergy options available.

This is a motel turned into a ‘hotel’. The propery is not that well maintained. The room was clean but didn’t have a working telephone or a waste basket. Don’t think I’ll stay here again.

It was dirty, and under construction; which I feel like should have been said before booking. Only one elevator worked but moved really slow. Breakfast was cold and undercooked at 9am. Icing on the cake was our room had bed bugs! The only good thing i can say is the staff was nice. Im disappointed in the misled rating on hotels.com, this hotel was terrible. And now im praying no bugs came home with me. This was a trip for my daughter's birthday. I am embarrassed she had to stay in this condition. This hotel doesn't offer refunds or I would have left the moment I went to check in.

The location was great for the purpose, breakfast was ok. The place was under renovation. Had to paid for parking. Room shouldn’t be habitable, TV remote didn’t work, the shower was clogged and the sink was leaking water. There were booby pins and a bra pad in the room, so no, the room was not properly clean ?. Only stayed because I drove 5 hours for a passport appointment the next morning at 7:00am.

Terrible hotel I wish could give 0 star all that money I spent for a dirty dusty room& building. Sleeping was hard in that bed.

Location was great! Came for the World Cup. Very easy to navigate to where we wanted to go from the hotel. Parking worked out good too. Breakfast in the morning was good. We stayed in one of the non refurbished rooms and it worked out fine! The new rooms look amazing though!
