I like the fact that they have the games outside ,pool and a pool table. I didn't like that I have to pay for parking per day .

The hotel location is perfect. The hotel reception was good. The host repair was awfull. Some things didnt work. Also the rooms are pretty dark.

Excellent stay overall. But it’s better to check in at the front before parking in the rear lot. I used my credit card to gain access to the lot. I was charged $72.00, but I would’ve had free parking using the pass from the hotel.

This property has really gone downhill over the past few years. Broken handles on doors. No hot water in the shower

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Nice staff and fun vibe. Room lacked practical amenities: towel hooks/bars, luggage racks, or good lighting. Food at WXYZ bar did not match the menu and was not very good. Lots of noise in halls and sound carrying through into rooms. (No one on vacation needs to hear dogs barking at 5 am)

we were assigned 2 accessible rooms even though we hadn’t requested them. no explanation was provided. the housekeeping staff were talking quite loudly in the hallway in the morning, which made it a bit difficult to sleep in.

It was located perfectly in the middle of everything we wanted to do , hotel staff wa friendly and hotel was clean

Walking distance to stadiums and Centennial Park. About 20' walk but easy and seemed very safe. Parking was on-site and reasonable.
