we were assigned 2 accessible rooms even though we hadn’t requested them. no explanation was provided. the housekeeping staff were talking quite loudly in the hallway in the morning, which made it a bit difficult to sleep in.

It was located perfectly in the middle of everything we wanted to do , hotel staff wa friendly and hotel was clean

Walking distance to stadiums and Centennial Park. About 20' walk but easy and seemed very safe. Parking was on-site and reasonable.

This hotel was in close walking distance to a concert event we were attending at the State Farm Arena, a10-15 minute walk at most. The hotel seems to be newly remodeled with modern and fun decor. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly at the front desk. Once at our room, our keys did not work. A staff member in the hallway noticed and took it upon herself to help and went to the front desk to have the keys reprogrammed. But then they still didn't work and she immediately got the help of maintenance. The the manager, Robert, stepped in to ensure me it would be fixed ASAP or I'd get a new room. We needed to leave for the event and they were still working on it. Robert said, "I will stay here until its finished and watch your things. No one will come in". We arrived back after the concert, the keys working and our room the way we left it. The following morning, Robert came to my door with a gift bag of goodies and a card thanking us for our patience and understanding. I don't travel too often, but this stay makes me want to stay at Aloft again hoping that every location offers such impeccable service as Robert and his team!

Very small bathroom , smelly at the entry and exit in hotel , overall will not stay there for the price they charged.

staff and location was great, lots of space for park your car (have to pay extra). size of room was good, for hotel like this, it is unacceptable to does not have fresh breakfast option, just some premade and they heated up for you. room service for cleaning was not good, didn't clean very well. when we checked in room was clean but next day they didn't clean very well.

Its location was not bad. There was no breakfast and the items they had to purchase were way over priced. Two blocks up the street is a very good breakfast place. There is no call button on the back pad to have someone buzz the door open. The staff did not know about MARTA and how it works.
