We absolutely loved our living space. The kitchen, bathroom and balcony view was lovely. We will definitely be back.

I usually love this hotel so much but it was a lot going on the elevator was down all day people had to walk through the kitchen which was unsanitary and on top of that i left my sneakers in the closet in the bedroom and all of sudden it’s not popping up which is weird because i called them immediately to let them know it was in there and now they’re telling me no one has seen it. Overall just disappointed and frustrated.

Must stay with nice and pleasant not too noisy to be a downtown location. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the bed I like soft beds.

We wanted to take a dip in the pool but was stopped by security and was informed about needing white wrist bands. I don’t know why we wasn’t informed about this when we arrived. Our room was clean and roomy. The location of hotel is about 15-20 min drive which isn’t bad at all.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. It was super hot. Only one elevator worked then that elevator completely went out. I had to walk down 15 flights of stairs. We had to ride the service elevator that’s connected to the back kitchen. It was a complete disaster

A great hotel. Please keep it that way!

Very spacious rooms but they could use a little updating.

The staff was sooo rude. The staff was giving out free to her stripper friends. Never again.

My family and I booked a 2 bedroom suite with balcony for our family of 4 and didn’t receive it. We arrived right on time at check in at 3 and it was one disappointment after the other. First the lobby had no ac, only 1 fan for the person at the front desk it being 4th of July weekend it was extremely hot! So the women at the front desk tells me that I booked a king suite( which I did not!) I corrected her and said that I booked a 2 bedroom on hotels.com she tells me no I booked a king on Expedia. Confused as I never use expedia, she kept arguing with me that I was wrong when I told her I wouldn’t book 1 king bed for myself, husband, child and father in law even after showing her my receipt. She tells us to wait to the side and helps the other 6 people behind us, everyone was complaining how their stove didn’t work, water wasn’t hot, things weren’t clean.I was very nervous hearing this. They had us waiting an hour in the hot lobby before “finding us a room.” We paid for our stay in advance and was never reimbursed for not getting our 2 bedroom, they ended up giving us 2 queen beds with a pull out couch. The room didn’t even have a door so there was no privacy and of course now we’re all sharing one bathroom. The showers had mold around the bottom floor and the towels were dirty. I was so disappointed as I’ve booked with Marriott many times and never experienced this at their properties. I wouldn’t recommend even though it is very close to attractions. I feel robbed!

The night manager that is currently working is very unprofessional. I don't know how she maintains her position with the way she talks to people that has stayed in this property. I will be calling back to speak with a higher up manager. She stated that they would talk the exact same way before she hung up in my face. All I asked was about charge that we clearly asked about when we checked in.

The view was perfect, the shower felt amazing, and the bed where great along with the TV and extras. We definitely appreciate it. This was our redo for our anniversary and mother's day because they where ruined the last 2 years and the one night there was definitely worth it. Thank you again. Loved everything.
