The room was really hot going in and very little parking space
-
We were disappointed with our stay. We were surprised to have to pay $15 a night for parking after already paying to stay at the hotel. When selecting the room, we selected for breakfast to be included. Breakfast was not offered either morning. The elevator was frightening. Pretty sure it needs to be inspected. We were on the floor with an ice machine but no vending machine(3rd floor). The closest vending machine was on the second floor and the only choices were coke(we got the only one available), sprite, water(maybe), and Red Bull for $3 each. Other than the cleaning staff, we had no interaction with a human until check out. We did not like the virtual front desk receptionist. He was very hard to understand.

Updated bedroom but the bathroom had mold in it and not air flowed in there.

The hotel is located VERY conveniently downtown, with easy access to MARTA and the highways. It’s an older, no frills property that has been nicely updated and is VERY clean. It’s a very affordable option in Atlanta.

Elevator was terrible. Stairs has sound when u get up Air conditioner was poor
-
The air-conditioning was very loud and didn’t turn off or adjust properly The bathtub didn’t drain properly so while I was taking a shower, there was dirty water at my feet. The front desk receptionist she was pleasant but apprehensive to provide me with more bath towels. The two very nice people who cleaned my room, didn’t speak English at all so when I asked him a question, they didn’t know how to respond, but they were very nice

Pretty clean, rooms were updated, lamp only worked with wall switch...but nothing major. No shuttle that we saw, but ubers and underground secure parking was good. Virtual kiosk was easy to use even for extra key cards...efficient and quick!
-
No chairs in lobby to sit when waiting for taxi and no access to toilets after check out
-
Parking was easy and the renovations made were very noticeable. I've stayed here several times and have never had any problems. The AC had the room nice and cold. This will always be my go to hotel to stay when I visit Atlanta
-
Room was nice, just what was advertised, and clean. Everything was great, just make sure to inquire about parking.
-
Location was pretty close to where I wanted to be. Clean and comfortable. Gated parking underneath. Elevator made some creaking noises and safety inspection was out of date.
-
Clean rooms and easy parking. Calling at 8:30 am while you still are at sleep to let you know check out is at 11:00 and disabling the room card key way before check out time.
-
Very limited parking! Security was the biggest issue. Someone used a key card and tried to enter our room. Lock bar stopped them. Where did they get the one they used? Very dangerous. Would not recommend this place to anyone. A/c vent covers were gone and worked poorly. Stay at your own risk!

You get what you pay for. This hotel is good for a fast one-night in-late, out-early stay. Rooms are clean, but small. Bed was comfortable. No amenities. The room lighting is all bright, harsh CFL bulbs (note to management, they make warmer CFL and LED bulbs for the same cost). Check-in is efficient, but done by a remote employee on a monitor. There are no employees on-site at night. Security is poor. Its downtown location is quite good, and it's close to the Hilton and Marriott, which have coffee shops and restaurants. There is an office building on the next block which has a food court open on weekdays.

Parking garage was dimly lit. And roof leaks when raining.
-
Location great No in person check in or desk staff (check in and check out was virtual). Electricity went out for 15min during a storm and there was no desk staff to talk to about the issue
-
Clean and easy to get in simple instructions and has everything needed
-
The front desk person was great he very nice and professional
-
The room itself was adequate - clearly an older hotel, but it was clean and met our needs. The location was a major positive, as it was within walking distance of most attractions.
