All good except that our room doesn’t have a microwave.

My first 24 hours were horrible with no resolution. Room services took over an hour to receive luke warm food and drinks. I didnt have hot water upon arrival, nor the following day. Housekeeping came the first day and folded my bed, but didnt take the trash out. They didnt even come the second day.

Hotel was a convenient walk to our concert venue & other attractions. Felt safe. Parking was more than I wanted to spend ($70), so we parked in a different structure a couple of blocks away for a fraction of the cost. The room was average but the carpet looked worn. Would stay again solely for convenience!

I would book this hotel over, over and over again!! Thank you to all the hotel staff for being helpful and getting the correct room situated! The food was so delicious and everything was really amazing. The best hotel I been to this year!

They upgraded my room for my birthday and the view was amazing!

This hotel is ok if you have really low expectations but the cleanliness is not what I would have expected for the price we paid for our room. I reported these things with pictures to the front desk and I got no response other than sorry about that. We will not be returning.

Not clean

The room was pretty clean, the AC has to be turned up all the way to cool off the room enough to be comfortable. Overall the hotel is gorgeous.

The air conditioning in our rooms was horrible. Water pressure was great so when you need to take a shower from sitting in your room sweating at least that’s a plus.

Nice hotel in good location, clean with friendly staff

That was the worse experience because some how the put my name in wrong never told me over the internet net I would need my card after pay for it with my card I drove 5/30 hours at night just to make it to a room I couldn’t get in I’m just asking for a full refund

El cuarto tenía peste a marijuana, el piso de alfombra sucio , el aire con candado no se podía bajar y un calor horrible. Pedimos servicios de una colcha extra, nunca llegó. El parqueo horrible el personal. Terrible experiencia no lo recomiendo

Clean hotel and friendly staff

Room was clean. Check in was very easy and clerk was helpful. Flight wet smell in the room but nothing to crazy.

Clean, and great food .

Property and architecture was stunning. Rooms were clean and everyone was so helpful and kind.

Fully inclusive of amenities

From our arrival until our departure was great. Excellent customer and store available until late night. Starbucks location in the facility. The view from our room was beautiful. 2 restaurants and a bar. We were able to check in early. We walked to the Georgia Aquarium and Coca Cola World.
