No qualms about the actual hotel but the parking garage and the elevators are rough.

A Great Place to Stay
-
Had a 1 night stay here, the hotel was excellent throughout and very well located in the near down town in Atlanta with everything pretty much in walking distance if you wanted to walk. Would stay again if i was in Atlanta again.
-
Clean hotel. Ordered towels and was brought up in literal minutes. My only thing was the beds are small. Other than that, great stay.
-
The hotel makes you pay for everything
-
Amazon only thing missing was a pool
-
One room did not have good AC
-
I paid for parking in the garage but the garage was full and I was advised to pay an additional $25 to park at a nearby lot. They advised they wouldn't charge me for a night of parking but here we are 2 weeks later and sure enough I was charged. The property was clean and the staff kind but the elevator and escalator kept breaking down
-
The shops ans restrarunts were great but a tas bit over priced. $40 extra fee for parking is a drift to go alone with $30 drinks are a bit
