TIL next time.

The hotel is very centrally located and offers comfortable amenities. The rooms are adequately sized with nice views. However, some of the fixtures look dated and the bathroom is very small. The rooms are clean but in need of upgrades and modernizing. The TV in the room was a plasma TV that had a distracting blue hue on it, and the only feature available was live antenna TV. We were only given one key card due to card shortage. Overall good experience but way overpriced for the value received. Hotel is architecturally unique but rooms are in desperate need of renovation. The hotel buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of cold cuts, eggs, waffles, etc. with a dedicated omelette bar. Waiting and kitchen staff were very friendly and we were pleased with all that was offered, as starting the day with breakfast at the hotel saves so much time and effort.

Although there is no pool it is close to great restaurants and parks
-
My only complaint was the morning we checked out. It took about half an hour to get on an elevator to check out. EVERYONE was frustrated with that situation.
-
Hotel is in a convenient location in the Downtown walkable to may restaurants. Room was clean and a great view of the City. Staff was helpful and answered many of my questions as this was my first-time in Atlanta.

Good stay, easy parking, friendly staff, central location. I would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay, but there was an annoying water leak dripping in the bathtub that made it hard to fall asleep and stay asleep. That was my main issue.

Trader Vic's restaurant

They are liars. I never usually write bad reviews, there was a mix up with my stay and I’ve been charged twice. They said they were going to not charge me and they still did. I could go on.

Down in the garage two staff were chatting and apologized. When I got back to the lobby, one of them was bringing a cart for me. Super bar service

Second time at this property. It's one of my preferred options in downtown. Fitness center is good. The main level bar staff are great. Everyone is very professional and nice. It's not as architecturally unique as other options in the area but a good hotel overall. Underground parking on site is very tight.

I was met with a choice at the front door; pay $60 to valet park or $40 to self park, but I was driving an F150 so I would have to valet because it was too big to park myself. I asked what other options and was given zero help. Less than 200 feet away is a public parking garage that I paid $15. In its day, this was probably a top of the line hotel. Sadly, that was a long time ago. Overall, there have to be better options for the price I paid. I will not stay here again.

Roaches roaches roaches, are unacceptable. Overrated hotel. Changed rooms, but was still uncomfortable. Hotel needs major renovations! Only thing good is the city view, and I mean the ONLY.
-
Changed the garbage after That later on around 9 someone kept knocking on the door we asked who it was they didn’t answered so they had our room key idk how cause we only have 2 it wasn’t the housekeeper nor plumbing it was a random person that was probably trying to steal stuff from our room they lied to us and try to brush it off worst experience ever
-
Had a problem with 1st room door was unlocked and then couldn’t lock it had to move to another room which meant going back to front desk to get new keys, also staff didn’t know how to get to various locations when there was / is a sky bridge connection to other hotel that takes you to shopping area will be staying at Hilton Garden next time

My family and I stayed here for the night and it was wonderful. Southern Elements had one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, the waiter was punctual and attentive, and the atmosphere was great. We then went to the little cafe to get a night time coffee and dessert, which were both delicious. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. My only complaint is the single elevator to the only parking garage for the hotel, and the cost of said parking garage (but, I know the hotel can’t control that). Overall, this was an amazing experience and, when we visit Atlanta again, we will be staying here.

Great experience overall
