I really liked how friendly the staff was and how there was a store down in the lobby area with reasonable priced items to purchase. I also liked the lobby area and bar scene.

Great property. Parking and resorts fee too high.

Nice hotel, not sure if it’s work an extra $250 for a 3 day stay just for security deposits…… staff worker that helped us had an attitude and tried to tell us not once but twice that we were wrong about something we we’re definitely right about. Not to mention the price? Of the security deposit is not only not posted on the exposes listing or the Hilton website but if you look it up it says $50 for Hilton so that’s where I’m a bit confused. Overall lack of proper communication, even if it’s “common knowledge” it should not say “price to pay at property” if that’s not the exact price!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, more of a business hotel
-
Great location. I loved the environment.

The check-in process was smooth, and the lobby looked great. The rooms did not match the hotel's aesthetic. Hilton did not provide the clean, comfortable stay I am used to. I asked to switch rooms because the first room smelled awful and had trash left behind. Sadly, the second room was even worse. I was very disappointed with the cost of the room compared to what was provided. It was not worth it at all, and I would never stay at this hotel again.

Very clean
-
Double beds were very small. When we got ready to leave we had to walk our luggage and disabled child around holding because elevators were down. Which was a bid inconvenience.
-
Parking wasn't included to and I was told that breakfast was included.and that was not true!!!

Beautiful

Love the property. Parking was a bit expensive. Also, the elevator to parking was broken for over 12 hours.

Excellent service, great views of the city and clean, pet friendly stay.

Perfect for downtown
-
The room had an unpleasant odor and management didn’t want to credit the account for the inconvenience. They instead opted to offer me a $30 credit to one of the hotel restaurants which they later reluctantly increased to $50 after asking to credit the room or valet.
-
Nice location and views from the 15th floor. But the parking was $40 per night that was disappointing. The mini refrigerator froze everything we had which was sad, and the front desk never picked up the calls from the room. The toilet had trouble flushing all the way. Could not get Hilton Honor points because I booked through Expedia.

An amazing staff.
