Bathroom was clogged maintenance didn’t come for over 3 hrs. I paid for a premium room and was given the worst room possible so it was a waste of time and money

Great stay

Elevators didn’t work. They didn’t have anymore coupons for 10 dollar credit. She gave me appetizer coupon but we didn’t get to use it. Didn’t get room I booked. They took reservations while knowing they were overbooked. Reserved a king (as it was a couples getaway) had to take two beds didn’t get high floor as requested either. Very big hotel and only one elevator was working. Which was the service elevator for employees.

I really enjoyed my 1st time in Atlanta and we stayed here. I love how close we were to getting around and touring the city. Great location. Now half way into my stay . They had a big family gathering reunion. This caused the elevator to go out so we only had one working in the lobby and 2 services elevators or you took the stairs so that was a little inconvenience when I went out and I was wearing heels to have to walk up the stairs and heels, but I understood because I knew it was due to the capacity of everybody checking in and checking out the hotel but other than that I enjoyed my stay. Oh and if you’re there more the 3 days you might have to call front desk for like towels etc because I housekeeper is waiting for your last day to clean the room so fye.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. There were **cockroaches around the swimming pool area**, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the property. Housekeeping was only scheduled **every three days**. The shampoo and conditioner in our room were empty, and I had to go ask for basic toiletries. The same thing happened with towels—we had to ask for fresh towels almost every night. The balcony had **only one metal chair**, which was disappointing and made it difficult for more than one person to actually use the balcony. The **staff were often unfriendly and had an attitude** when we asked for things, which made an already frustrating experience worse. We weren't asking for anything unusual—just basic hotel necessities. The food was also **extremely overpriced for what was offered**, so eating at the hotel did not feel worth the cost. Overall, between the cockroaches, limited housekeeping, constantly having to ask for toiletries and towels, unfriendly staff, poor balcony setup, and overpriced food, this was a horrible experience. For the amount we paid, I expected a much better level of cleanliness, service, and hospitality. **I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.**

I do want to give a shout-out to Nella, who checked me in. He was very friendly, polite, and professional. He explained everything about my stay and gave clear directions on how to get to my room. His excellent customer service was the one bright spot during my visit.

•The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. •The top floor was considerably hotter than the other floors, but the AC in the individual rooms worked. •They only offer valet parking, and it's $60 a day. We used the parking garage across the street. •They also charged $50-something dollars when we checked in, which was not mentioned when booking. •There was only one working elevator. •They close the 3rd-floor patio at night, so there was nowhere to hang outside other than the front entrance, which isn't equipped for guests to lounge around.

It was an excellent stay for the weekend. I went to see the j cole concert and I had a great time, to leave a destination and know you’re goin back to a nice hotel, it was everything. Smells good, and it’s convenient to have shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. I will be back.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is very delicious, near stores and attractions zones, the pool was my highlight as I love swimming and it’s indoors. Highly recommended, this will be my go to every time I visit Atlanta

Everything was good but the staff that checks you in don't really understand what you saying so they really can't help you

Looks nothing like the pictures and not in brookdale

Pretty basic experience. Lots of queuing at check in, collecting luggage and room only serviced once out of three nights. It’s functional and central which is good. Staff were friendly but over stretched.
