All in all, the staff is nice and quite accommodating, but you get what you pay for. I recommend spending a little bit more elsewhere to get a clean and comfortable hotel experience.

    Very nice staff.

Hidden fees not listed when booking. $60 parking fee for each night? That’s crazy. This isn’t Miami Beach, which has cheaper parking over night with no options for self parking

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

I love the hotel didn’t like the breath because it was $27 and for breakfast I really don’t need that much food when you called the staff sometimes they don’t answer the phone. Also they charge a $27 day destination fee that I was unaware of when I booked it but overall it was a very nice hotel just was in a area where there was Hardly any restaurants you have to walk or drive to one

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

For the parking it is 60$ a night, but it is unclear if it will be charge.

Cleaners and the staff were great love everything about the hotel

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

There wasn’t any soap in the shower bottle… completely empty

Everything was welcoming and catered to.

Check in was fine. I all started when I got to my room. Upon entering a noticed a big stain on the carpet just outside of the bathroom. It appeared to be either blood or vomit, which wasn't fun walking past for three days. Then I tried putting something in the safe, it didn't work. Then I grabbed the phone to call about the safe, and the phone was not working. Was I getting punked? Lastly, in the most disturbing, the sliding bathroom door would not shut all the way, thus having no privacy. Would not recommend this old hotel.

Room was not cleaned on the first day. I was told at reception that they only clean rooms every three days unless requested. I requested clean towels that were delivered but not even the trash cans were emptied. I requested cleaning service for Sunday and they never cleaned the room. The rug under the safe area was wet and continued wet the three days. On Saturday night, all three elevators were not working. One of us has walking difficulty, can't use stairs and we had to be escorted thru the kitchen area to cargo elevator to the third floor and from their to the 11th floor. Thankfully a security guard escorted us during this adventure. Breakfast buffet expensive and not that good.

When I arrived at check-in. I was informed that the Presidential suite that I had already paid for in full through Expedia, had in fact not been available for the dates that I had reserved. I was reduced to a smaller suite that was less than desirable, out dated and looked straight out of the eighties. The expensive restaurant in the hotel shut down an hour early for staffing reasons unknown, the very moment that we were entering to have diner after a VERY long day at a show that we had been attending outside in the heat. The shower was a size you would expect in a camper and a curtain with hooks was used in place of was a track system for sliding glass doors. The curtain hooks would fall out of the track while showering. The refrigerator would hold two six packs of coke. My party of 5 was reduced to a king bed & pull out sofa. I needed shower towels for that evening & the next morning. I had to go to the front desk to ask for assistance, because no one would answer the phone. Again, I have a party of 5 & when I asked for 8 towels the young lady had the nerve to ask me why I wanted that many. My reply was, because I have 5 people in my room who will need showers for the next two days. She replied that she felt that to be a bit much. Now understand, I paid almost $1,700 for this room, for two nights. A guest shouldn’t ever be questioned, regardless of how much a room costs. PERIOD. I will never stay here again. The photos online do not match what you get. The list goes on.

My experience was horrible I had to switch rooms twice 1st dirty sheets pillow case and comforter. Refrigerator and phone not working second room whole in the wall that had to be repaired twice and not all electrical outlets worked. I asked to speak to supervisor on several occasions all I got was business card. The staff acted like I was the problem and I to request an another room it wasn’t offered!!! Horrible customer service. !!!! Quality of the rooms. Horrible

I had a 3 night stay and they didn’t clean my room the at no point of the stay which i thought was weird. I called the staff and ask for a room clean I was asked “Did i receive an entrance document when we checked in?” I said “no!” she proceeded to say “It was on it!” *sideeye* Staff informed me that it would be cleaned on the third day. Needless to say 3 days of garbage and towels piled up. Other than that everything else was fine.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The room was not properly cleaned, floors were not vacuumed, thick dust was under the night stand between the beds, the hallways smell musty and there is a strong odor of garbage as soon as you get off the elevator, the rooms with the ice machines had garbage piled up that was not removed for an entire weekend, no public parking only valet for $60 per night, dirty coffee pot in the room. Staff did nothing to correct these issues all weekend.

I had to pay for parking each day I was there. If I had known that before booking, I would have chosen another hotel. Also, I was given the wrong information by the reservation staff prior to coming. I was told they offered complimentary breakfast, and they didn’t. I ended up paying more than I wanted to. The meals were expensive, & except for breakfast, not filling. The bedding was insufficient. Luckily we were given another comforter (they should be provided in the rooms), and I had brought 2 blankets from home. There were no brochures for fun things to do in and around Atlanta, Georgia. Instead there was a concierge desk staffed with people trying to sell you a vacation club package. There was never a lifeguard on duty or anyone to sweep the leaves that fell from the tree
