Amazing property!

The location is fantastic if you’re in ATL for football.

The check in staff and housekeeping were pretty great but the staff at the bless your heart and downstairs restaurant were very rude and slow. They acted like they didnt want to serve you or that you were annoying them. Just bad experience with those two things. They also added an additional tip onto your bill so watch that.

Staff were all super friendly. Special shout out to Santiago and TJ. Cocktails and dinner delicious. Pool area is great. Room is well equipped and maintained.

My stay was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Guests should be aware that valet parking is $65 per day, and breakfast is not included. The breakfast cost ranges from approximately $45 to $55 per person, so it’s helpful to plan accordingly.

Excellent!! Room was clean and well maintained. Location was ideal! Aaliyah at the front desk was top notch....very helpful and knowledgeable. She made it a point to come to my side of the desk to give directions and explain where our room was and where the restaurant was. The in-room amenities were excellent......the shampoo and conditioner were some of the best I've ever used. Overall would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Atlanta for events at the Mercedes Benz Arena.

The private snack and bar should be free because if anything is in my room it should be for me to use free of charge. I didn't like how I got charge for snack and soda they put in my refrigerator and also I should be notice in advance when I check in. Valley parking was great but for $65 a night it was a bit much specially that I gave a tip to them every time they brought my car to me. Other than that it was an amazing stay

It was a good vacation overall. The stay was comfortable, the food was solid, and the activities were enjoyable without feeling too busy. It had a nice balance of relaxation and things to do, which made the trip feel worthwhile.

2nd time staying here hotel is great. Biggest complaint is $45 breakfast buffet that has automatic 18% gratuity fee added on when you fix your own plate and have to get your own coffee and juice! 2 people $90 and forced over $15 tip for someone to bring water to you. Over $100 breakfast with powered eggs is a never again

Rooms are great, all new and up to very good standards across the hotel. Staff very helpful. Only negative (you shouldn’t book this if you want a quiet break) is noise, it’s obviously bang in the middle of entertainment district so it’s noisy even at night but perfectly suited if you are here for a sports event or concert etc

Room was clean. Smelled clean, bed was nice & comfy. Sheets were nice & clean. Staff was very helpful and informative.

Excellent location, great hotel, and wonderful staff. I had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay here again.
