The rooms

This was an amazing stay. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars all around was because we visited the roof top bar and the staff seemed to be to preoccupied to provide service, but besides that everything else was top notch. I would recommend staying.

The hotel was very clean. All of the staff were helpful and courteous. The dinner was absolutely delicious, though a bit pricey. The location is convenient to the stadiums and GWCC. Be warned of continuous construction noise and a train that runs so often that it really disturbed my sleep. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Everything about this property is amazing. The staff is friendly and accommodations are convenient, great amenities and entertainment. Also plenty of places to relax outside of the rooms.

The rooms are spacious, beautiful, modern and extremely clean. The staff was so kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. The bar and restaurant area were also fantastic. I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends and family. 10/10!

Nice hotel, no shuttle though, and $200 per night hold fee, pretty high in my opinion

Mandatory valet so add another $65 per night. No mini store, so if you need something simple like headache medicine, you will need to have it delivered, or have valet bring your car to drive to a store.

Hotel Phoenix ATL boasts a chic, trendy and spotless atmosphere, complemented by incredibly kind and helpful staff. The pool area offers excellent poolside and cabana service, enhancing the overall experience. I had one issue with the wings… they could use some improvement. Thankfully, the manager was accommodating and adjusted my bill. Overall, I highly recommend it—10/10!

Location is great. Within walking distance of State Farm arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. A lot of others too The train that comes by. We were on the 10th floor and heard it multiple times during the night. They provided ear plugs if needed. But very friendly staff
