This place is so LUXURY!! staff was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and very fancy! The pool was my favorite part! I will say i wish i would have known before hand of the 400 dollar charge during check in but i want mad at it at all!! But maybe include that part in the details (maybe you did i just didn’t pay attention) but you can use the 400 on anything in the hotel or if you don’t use it they give it back which i thought was cool! Overall such a great experience!

We absolutely loved our stay here! I have been telling all my friends about it. Our room looked right over the stadium! Such a cool view for the World Cup. At check in they gave my 3 year old twins little phoenix stuffed animals. The room was beautiful. I love how they had over sized towels and full size products. The beds were so so comfortable. The roof top pool was beautiful with great service and a fun DJ and Bar scene. Room service was so good I ordered a second bowl of chicken soup. But the best part of the stay was the staffing. They were amazing!! First class service all the way. Every single one. As a business owner I know how hard it is to find good employees and they knocked it out the park. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. They sell aquarium tickets there and help you pre book the shows. It’s within walking distance. We will definitely be back! My only disappointment is that it’s not a chain so we could stay at more of them!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the room, the staff, the energy to help at all times were top notch. I forgot my passports in the room safe and 1 day later they were mailed back to me! Communication was immediate and pleasant. I also enjoyed the food at Zephyr, especially the salmon and crab cakes! I will definitely be returning to Hotel Phoenix!

The check in staff and housekeeping were pretty great but the staff at the bless your heart and downstairs restaurant were very rude and slow. They acted like they didnt want to serve you or that you were annoying them. Just bad experience with those two things. They also added an additional tip onto your bill so watch that.

Staff were all super friendly. Special shout out to Santiago and TJ. Cocktails and dinner delicious. Pool area is great. Room is well equipped and maintained.
