in towels and sheets. The bed wasn’t very comfy, pretty plain like a Tru hotel. An old man was trying to rent a room with a hunchback s3* worker when we checked in with our 2 small children and it took them quite a bit of time to figure out their situation before we could check in. And parking was $53 for self parking and $65 for valet…

I enjoyed my stay, location was convenient and overall everything was clean!

The room was nice, and atmosphere was nice. I paid through booking.com. I expected a amenities fee, and was told when I got there I owed $140, but when I looked at my account it was $194. Just a lot of confusion about the extra.

Perfect location for walking to the stadium. Staff was terrific. Great lobby for hanging out. Gym was nice. You do have to walk several blocks to find restaurants but overall a great choice for attending events.

Great location. Great price. We stayed here to go to the World Cup and we were very happy. Super close to the stadium. We walked to the game. All staff were very accommodating. Also, parking was not super expensive. Great value.

We never stayed at a hotel that required us to pay to use the refrigerator. The front desk staff is also rude.

Location, staff and overall world cup vibe of the hotel. Came for a world cup game & enjoyed my stay!

Upon arriving at the bar, we were directed to the check-in area, where the first impression was a row of computers rather than a welcoming reception experience. Additionally, the bathroom toiletries appeared as though they may have been previously used, which raised concerns about cleanliness and attention to detail. Overall, the property would benefit from a comprehensive refresh and a stronger focus on guest experience.

Great stay

The location was perfect, and the staff was amazing. They were extremely helpful with providing recommendations. The hotel itself has a nice vibe with plenty of cool amenities.

I came for a world cup game. First its right across the street from the stadium like a 5 min walk to gate 3 and 4. They let me leave my luggage in a safe place to go to the game and check in after. The rooms are amazing great space super clean. The staff was always helpful and the bar staff was incredibly fun. Would deff recommend staying here. Great vibe
