The experience was great! But I thought that a $53/day parking would have been something that they could have informed me about ahead of time. That wasn’t in the budget!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has great access to everything, making it very convenient to get around. We were in town for the fight at State Farm Arena. The property was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. There are a few things that could make the stay even better. The rooms should have Smart TVs with access to popular streaming apps. Also, guests shouldn’t have to pay to use the refrigerator in the room, that should be included with the stay. The bar is very expensive, so I would recommend bringing your own drinks to your room. Also, if there is an event happening at the hotel, be prepared for the garage parking to be very full and expensive. Overall, it’s a nice, convenient hotel with friendly service, but there are a few amenities and pricing policies that could be improved.

Nice and clean, great location and friendly staff.

Hotel is very nice. Very loud downstairs and no space on the roof top lounge. I assumed it was for hotel guests but it seems it was for the general public. Couldn’t even get to the bar. Room was great. Staff were great.

Overall a nice stay! Keep in mind there is no pool.

I was interrupted from an important meeting at 915ak with someone else asking me if I were checking out. Another house keeper opened my door while I was showering. She apologized smh. The fridge was hot and smelled. The sink was clogged. I will say this. My room was only 117 which is typically more expensive. I’m assuming the price was so cheap because the room amenities weren’t unkept. Idk but I’m very disappointed. Parking was over $50 and incidental was $100.

One of my favorite hotels and it’s near everything. The rate to park there is ridiculous though! $53 to SELF PARK. That’s ridiculous and they should tell that to the parking company. Everything else is great though

Great staff, very helpful. Rooftop lounge is great. Room service is slow and the hotel bar/kitchen is relatively expensive. Not sure if 25% gratuity is normal at other local hotels also. Overall, happy and will return.
