Can't wait to go back!
-
All was well except for the broken elevator on Sunday morning, checking out.
-
Checking into the property we were greeted by rude staff. And not welcoming. Went back and forth with us on allowing the other guest to stay when we had 5 people checking in.
-
The whole place smelled like skunk weed. The valet parking was terrible and expensive. There was nats in the kitchen. The room definitely doesn’t block out the sound from outside.
-
Stay was wonderful. They do only have 1 working elevator which sucked but the wait wasn’t to bad. Was overall quiet, & great place to stay. Also if you do not choose to pay for valet parking at night in the free spaces is very scarce so beware of that!

There wasn’t hot water and the staff did move me

The inside of the hotel itself was ok, kind of old, but not dismal. However, the location is absolutely terrible and unsafe. I would strongly discourage solo female travelers or groups of younger people from booking here. There are many drug addicts, and desperate people camped outside. They harass people coming and going. They use foul language, make odd comments and I visually witnessed one threatening to shoot hotel security while I was waiting for the valet to bring my car. There is also a bar right across from the hotel where drunks spill into the streets at night. In addition, there is an active construction site on the other side of the building and a railroad track. So, it can be noisy! Lastly, parking was awful. Street parking seemed unsafe (see comments above) and the valet is expensive. I would never recommend this location to anyone! If you stay here, good luck and stay safe!

The hotel location was perfect for my trip.

The hotel was good for a one night stay and for what we paid, but it could definitely use some upgrades/improvements. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room size was great and was mostly clean, but smelled musty, A/C vent was very dusty, the light switch cover in the bedroom was cracked and had something stuck on it. The bathroom ceiling paint was peeling in different spots. Mattresses were like trampolines-you could feel the springs in them. Breakfast was great-good hours and good selection. Parking garage is close. Overall, not the worst place to stay, but definitely a budget hotel ready for a makeover.

Solid choice downtown in a famous building. It was a short 10 mins walk to the main Atlanta stadium
-
The nightlife is directly in front of you..... You can enjoy the club without actually going in......
-
Excellent hospitality & Customer service
-
Room was big and beds comphy Area was very scary especially at night not safe to walk around on your own
-
Horrible
-
Room was clean and tidy, great location for the Atlanta stadium (World Cup). Breakfast selection was good hot and cold options.
-
Rooms were big enough and clean. Stairs were dirty, the building has 17floors and oily one Elevator was working. So. Long wait for going up and down. Valet parking only but too expensive $55/night.

We arrived around 4:30 PM. The lobby was extremely hot, and it didn't seem like the air conditioning was working properly. There were security staff standing nearby, but no one greeted us or offered any assistance. I asked where the front desk clerk was, and the security guard mumbled something that I couldn't understand. I waited about 20 minutes just to check in while my family was outside in the 100-degree heat waiting with our car for valet service. There was absolutely no one at the front desk during that time. When a receptionist finally arrived, she was unfriendly, rude, and seemed annoyed from the start. She checked us in without any welcoming attitude. Later, when the elevator didn't seem to be working, I politely asked if it was operating. Before I could even finish my question, she interrupted me and said very rudely, "Yes, ma'am, you have to wait for it to come down." We ended up taking the stairs because the elevator took so long. When we got to our room, it was also extremely hot. We had to turn on the air conditioner and wait nearly three hours before the room became comfortable. Overall, the customer service was poor, the staff was unprofessional, and the hotel was uncomfortably hot in both the lobby and the room. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

The staff was incredible! So friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit older, but the team keeps it clean. I'd definitely stay here again!
-
Only one elevator was working which ment we had to wait a while

BAD: Elevator, only one working and very slow. Breakfast not enough varieties and runs out very quickly. For example, they simply said no more bread left. Ridiculous Bed and room was good
