Amazing staff and Samantha was wonderful as always.

My family and I stayed here for the Broncos vs Falcons game, Falcons got BTA that night. We enjoyed our stay at the Connally will definitely stay again next time we come back.

The staff was very nice and friendly! Can't wait to go back to Atlanta Georgia!

The staff were nice, the breakfast was good, however the room wasn't up to my standard of cleanliness, it seems like the floors weren't vacuumed and the tub didn't drain properly, I also noticed loose hairs around the bathroom, other than that the hotel was OK.

Excellent staff and a beautiful room

For what we had planned, the location was perfect. It's in a growing and developing part of Atlanta so a lot of fun places to walk to. Room was clean and staff were very friendly.

Maid service only every 3 days so we didn't get any service in our 3 night stay. We had to get fresh towels and TP from the front desk. Majority of front staff is friendly and helpful the male rep at check in seemed to be in a bad mood and did not smile or greet us. Only did the minimum and answered any questions. On our Saturday evening arrival there was a block party across the street at the Underground district. There was loud music and large crowds. Luckily we were on the 14th floor so the music was faint but we can still hear train bells and sirens from there. The continental breakfast is standard: fresh waffles, muffins, oatmeal, boiled eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. The suite is huge though, separate living room with mini fridge and microwave, two king beds with lots of pillows in another room. Just wish we had maid service, the carpet needed vacuuming. Location was walking distance to Georgia Aquarium (highlight of trip) and Coca Cola Museum. Also just a block away from Broad Street BBQ (yummy brisket, ho cakes and peach cobbler!). Location and spacious rooms made it worth the price but don't expect daily maid service unless special request.

Hotel is right where everything is.

Upon entering the hotel I immediately said to my fiancée that I cannot believe I paid for this. There's dirt and trash as soon as you enter the property. Then as we went up the stairs to check-in the lobby was packed with people waiting for their rooms to be ready. At this point I thought not much of it because I had called early that morning to ask for early check-in and was told we could check-in by 2:30. We arrived around 4:15, that's 15 minutes past our supposed check-in time of 4pm. She says oh, your room isn't ready yet it'll be about 30 more minutes. WHAT?! Long sigh, alright. Her comrade chimes in and says no it should only be about 5 more minutes. We waited another 25 minutes before getting our room key. The manager of cleaning came into the lobby and the front desk asked her how much longer? She responded and said they don't pay her enough to clean rooms she just brings the workers and walked out. How unprofessional, eww. The air on the elevators and in the hallway was so hot. When we got to our room it was surprisingly decent. Until further inspection. There was strands of long hair on the floor in the bathroom. Stains in the carpet. Stains on the sheets and some kind of dusty residue on all of the tables and tv stand. The tvs kept losing signal all weekend even though the weather was not bad. Breakfast SUCKED!!! Both days they ran out of various items well before breakfast was over. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location in proximity to everything.

Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and rooms looked nothing like the photos advertised online. My first room had stains on the carpet, damaged furniture, and a bathtub with a terrible leak. I immediately returned to the front desk and asked to speak with management or receive a refund, but no manager was available to assist me. Instead, I was upgraded to a suite. I thought the situation had finally been resolved, but after taking a shower in the new room, water suddenly gushed from the back of the toilet and flooded the bathroom area. I called the front desk for help and could not get anyone to come to the room. I eventually had to go back downstairs myself and show the staff videos of what was happening. I was then told that because there were no other rooms available, they could simply put fans in the room. After already being moved once because of unacceptable conditions, being expected to stay in a room with a plumbing issue and water coming from behind the toilet was completely unreasonable. At that point, I demanded a refund. The staff became rude and made an already stressful situation even more frustrating, although I was finally given my refund. Between the unexpected fee

WiFi horrible, rooms small but you get what you pay for. Honestly the discounted rates they offer doesn’t accommodate for the lack of quality this hotel is. Better off at a motel 6

Tamika’s pleasant demeanor and friendly personality added to our enjoyable weekend. I plan to stay at this hotel for all trips to Atlanta.

The rooms were not up to standard in Atlanta for the price...the entire hotel was "HOT" and swealtering in almost 100° heat (only in rooms was in cool) The elevatores are extremely too small, confined and HOT!!! I would normally stay at the Renaissance downtown when I visit the ATL...and will be hurrying back there the next time I am in Atlanta!!!

Nice place close to everything. People on site were extremely nice. Room was big. The area around it is sketchy and I would use caution at night.

This place was fantastic. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bathroom supplies. Our price was very affordable. The area was a bit sketchy but that's just part of staying in Atlanta. Things were within walking distance that was very strenuous either.
