Wonder stay. Bed was super comfortable. All interaction with staff was very pleasant and professional.

No hot water in shower. Ran it for thirty minutes, never got warm. Great way to set the day.

Only thing I didn’t like was my phone was left on the bed, but I called and the housekeeping staff said it wasn’t there. So who knows, but other than that it was amazing. The front desk manager, Tracy? was/is amazing! She made everything smooth. We came down the week of the Olympics and my goodness it was packed and BOOKED.

Room was very clean and I honestly didn’t expect that. It was exceeded my expectation. I booked bc of the price and location. Also, staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

Wonderful new hotel

Staff was great, very helpful, my sheets had some stains..looked like blood spots. Shower never warmed up so had a cold shower although the faucet was warm. Not the hotels fault but at 6am there was a couple next to us having a screaming argument which sadly was disturbing, again I'm not blaming the hotel for that but it affected our stay.

the bed was comfortable; the room was clean The bathroom shower could have been cleaner; the water was barely warm and charging $80 per day for incidentals is extreme.
