I loved the shower. It was also close proximity to Mercedes Benz stadium for an event we attended. Also, the ease of valet parking and luggage porters made our stay effortless.

Check in was great, valet had more than enough employees they did a great job flowing people in and out, and check in was so personable, they walked up greeted you and then walked you away best experience checking in in my life! And I have traveled and checked into many places. So kind smiles like I they were glad to have me. Can't explain it you have to experience it.

First of all they had put me down for one system & it was a double. The car situation was horrible fighting outside the hotel early Sunday morning.

Everything was very nice. Everyone was accommodating. The place was beautiful right next to the stadium and State Farm where I was gonna see a basketball game. It was perfect. I was able to walk to eat. Just a wonderful time down there. I will be back.

The hotel was very clean! Enjoyed the pool, the gym, and the restaurants!

Very convenient location to the Mercedes Benz Stadium while we were there for the Falcons/Broncos game. Everyone was so nice and helpful during check in even during a busy time. My only negative thing to say was the bartender at the pool was very rude to my 9 year old son. We had just walked in to let him swim and the bartender rudely yelled at him to get out of the pool, no explanation as to why, we only assumed because some darker clouds had moved in. Didn’t hear any thunder, but he could have said it without yelling at him like he was in trouble. We didn’t know the pool was apparently closed. Other than that rude bartender, we had a great stay!

Room was clean Staff were rude. Check in was time consuming with the long wait time. Valet parking only which is fine if they had the staff to accommodate it. Waited over 2 hours for Car and missed my event that night. Several guests car couldn’t be located and waited even longer than I did. I would not recommend this property to stay. I gave it a try with it being a newer hotel. But I think I’ll stick to the Omni

Exceptional

First of all, They make you use 3rd party valet. Then the Panaromic room, one of the highest rate rooms have not sufficient AC unit, it gets 84 degrees in the daytime. They offered not help! Breakfast we had was also dissappointing :(

Hotel was absolutely beautiful inside and out! Great location and walking distance to many landmarks!

That says everything was amazing. I had an event that I went to and access from the fourth floor to the sinners was so convenient my guess and I enjoyed it and I will be returning.

The sauna room needs more showers and private dressings rooms or cubicles. The hot/cold water mixing at the suns shower and the sink in the room were difficult to calibrate.
