BEST HOTEL IN ATLANTA

From the moment we walked in we were impressed with the level of customer service. At the door we were greeted by Manuel who offered us water and took us to Brandi at the check-in desk…she was professional and really helpful. The room was beautiful, modern and clean! We went down to the lobby’s lounge and had great service, drinks and food. We are already planning our next stay!!!

We were first greeted by a very pleasant valet staff and check-in desk. The hotel being virtually brand new was immaculate. Our room didn't disappoint as it was spacious, clean and very modern. We were attending the World Cup game at the Benz which was a short walk to the stadium. Overall, outstanding experience!!

Mi familia y yo viajamos a un partido del mundial.. la verdad nos encantó el hotel solo que cuando fuimos a comer a un restaurante italiano que estaba ahí el personal no fue tan amable cómo esperamos. .

Great stay for a world cup game

This was a great stay! Well worth it! The staff was amazing from start to finish.

Great location, especially if you’re going to Mercedes Benz Stadium. This is my third time staying here in a year, and while it remains one of my favorite spots, the rooms have progressively gotten worse. This time we had stained sheets, mini fridge was hanging out in the walkway, door/key cards didn’t work which was especially annoying considering we got in late at night. For a premium price, these things shouldn’t happen.

Also the front desk said the pool closes at sundown but closed at 8pm. Several families came down and were disappointed.

The atmosphere. Customer service was great. Had to pay $65 for valet and didnt leave once I settled. $75 early check in fee and no microwave in the room.

I liked the location next to Mercedes Benz stadium and State Farm’s arena. The hotel is new and spacious! It’s The valet parking staff is impecable!!!! The pool area is not big enough for so many rooms. The is lack or personnel to take care of the towels, umbrellas etc. There is not enough shade for all and some umbrellas are broken

Everything about the experience was 10 out of 10. Food. Locations people. Convenience. All of it amazing
