Moxy Atlanta Downtown

The person sitting at the elevator who let you upstairs is extremely rude not helpful had an attitude the fact we paid for a weekend and did not have full access to the hotel, including the rooftop which was advertised was an awful experience

Stayed for business. Rarely give reviews but this place was great.

If thats not good for you, ask for a lower floor

This was a great hotel to stay at very unique and interesting! Only disclaimer no refrigerator, no microwave, nor iron in the room, but there is a steamer for replacement and a microwave in the lobby. No big deal I will definitely be back! Thanks Moxy for the stay and the beds were comfortable!

Nice rooms and good food

Design was amazing, views were superb! Definitely worth the money!

Great staff

If you’re at the bar and would like a drink, you have to wait on everyone checking in because the bartenders check in the new guest. And forget about having iced tea. The bar has no iced tea and there is no coffee after 10 AM. They give you two free drink tokens, but the strings that come with them are so complicated by It’s not worth it. And the faucet in our tiny bathroom is not bolted down.

Very beautiful experience and the hotel is incredible and is a 15-minute walk from the Mercedes Benz Stadium, it is very clean and the staff is very friendly. 10/10.

We arrived at 1pm. We were told the room would not be ready until 3pm. Then at 3pm we were told it was not ready and that most likely at 6pm. At 6pm was not ready either. We were there for a concert and had to go to the concert without an opportunity to test, having traveled 5 hours. They finally gave us our room at 11pm. It was a complete mess and the staff could not have cared less. Horrible experience!

Waited an hour and a half for my room to become available. I understand it was a lot going due to a big artist performing that night

I loved the a

Limpio cómodo

Check in was @ 3pm was unable to get my room until almost 7 and was not the room I reserved I will not be back gave it a chance definitely was a bad choice

Amazing place with a fun vib, party in the lobby and on the rooftop. Great weekend spot.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff.

The hotel and room were very new and clean at first. Housekeeping never came in during out 3 day stay. Room was small and crowded. No place to sit other than the desk chair. Light under the bed was very bright and usually woke the other person up at night.

I visited the Moxy downtown Atlanta hotel this past weekend for a short trip. Upon arrival, the energy and vibe of this place was. UNMATCHED! It was very lively in the lobby and I loved it. The check-in process was very easy. Elle assisted us with check-in and although she was new, we would have never known. She was very professional, energetic, and lovely serving us. We had a last-minute request, and there was no hesitation meeting it. The hotel was very clean and up-to-date. The rooms were modern and tasteful. I love the free drink tokens that were provided at check-in. It was a nice incentive from the hotel, it made me feel welcome and at home. The bar staff were excellent! We had the pleasure of.Johnni and Sonia assisting us.Johnnie was so sweet and she was also a new employee and I had no idea as well. Sonia, the bar manager stepped in and she runs a good ship! The customer service at this place is like no other and I can't wait to visit again. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel welcomed this weekend. This trip was to relieve stress and they made it possible!

We stayed one night . Room was very clean
