The property is in a great location that makes going to the aquarium very easy. The only on site parking is by valet, at $55 a day. There was a weird smell in our hallway that was strong and unpleasant. It was kind of like burnt coffee, BO, and cigarettes. It was a weird combination. The room needs some basic TLC and housekeeping could step it up a few notches. Our room was dusty, the shower had some mold in the corners, the shower temperature was mislabeled (cold was hot, and hot was cold). The room had a weird and not fresh smell. There were body fluids on the headboard (bloody booger) of one of the beds. It just felt like housekeeping was not doing a great job. We were only there for one night.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were clean and felt like home. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely come back.

The location was great for visiting the aquarium and avoiding more parking fees. We got a room right across from it. The staff was excellent and did their best to help us with anything we needed. Wish we stayed for longer and if in the area would stay again.

Overall, the hotel was good. It was in a decent location, but very busy location throughout day, so traffic was very hectic. Parking was valet only, $25 daily and $55 per night. There is a parking deck across the street that belongs to the aquarium, but I’m not sure how they were charging. Breakfast and the restaurant/bar was good.

From the moment I walked to the property, it was impossible to get in. I was able to get in thanks to another guest, she said same thing happened to her the night before. I go to the front desk and the 3 people there were RUDE, I was standing there while they were talking about life. When I got checked in, I went to get my belongings from the car and they had locked the doors, I couldn't get in or out, extremely rude workers here. My room was ok, not perfectly clean but it was fine, bed frame had damage, shower floor too, such an expensive hotel and the quality is poor. Will not return or recommend this place!
