Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Downtown

The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a quiet room. The gym is a bit small but adequate with ample cardio machines and a wide assortment of dumbbells plus a weight stack. The hallways were quite warm though, and the parking is a public parking lot that the hotel validates. The EV charging stations didn’t work for us but that might have been an issue with our Tesla to CCS adapter. The CCS charging station was down so that’s definitely a frustration but there’s lots of fast charging stations in the area so not a huge problem just an inconvenience.

Staff was great, fantastic lcoation.

Great location! Within walking distance to Mercedes-Benz stadium. Very nice rooftop pool as well.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel to take my granddaughter to the Georgia Aquarium which is right next door. The location was perfect, not to far off the highway, easy to get to and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. The employees were wonderful. Very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and in a great area. We were able to walk to centennial park (during FIFA Fanfest!), to the GA Aquarium, World of Coke, and the Children's Museum. There are also a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel felt very secure. You need your key card to even get the elevator going (love that!) or go into the lobby after a certain hour. Parking was not cheap, but great even during FIFA festivities. We did do breakfast one morning here and it was good, it had a small but good selection for the buffet. We definitely recommend and would stay again.

Please send refund. This time was a terrible experience. I was skeptical at first after my first stay in January for some minor issues, but this time was terrible. Something happen when I checked in I guess a technical error at the front desk and apparently they never received the incidental. We walked to go eat at the restaurant and then to fifa fan fest. It was still unknown to me that the issue with the incidentals happen. We arrived back at the room later that night and were getting some snacks and the front desk lady was really rude without explaining much. Now I had no issues paying the incidentals but I needed to know what happen because I could not have received keys without paying that fee. Regardless we charged the snacks to the room and wanted to speak to management in the morning. Around 9:18 the front desk called and I missed the call. A few moments later a security guard opened MY DOOR 2 hours before check out. I came to the door and he handed me the paper which I did not know what it was so I asked him what is this and he said read it. We went down to the front desk at check out and spoke with a super great manager who let me know to reach out to my booking site and request a refund and she apologized. We were very unhappy about the stay especially the night before. The front desk lady said something along the lines of we don’t want to embarrass you about the balance. It was more embarrassing dealing with that whole thing the night before.

Staff was very friendly. Very accommodating to any need that arose. Hotel was very busy due to world cup but staff didn't appear overwhelmed. Very close to activities downtown. Would stay here again.

The location was excellent—very close to the stadium and the conference venue, which made getting around easy and convenient. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Hotel was clean and staff courteous but the idea of only getting rooms cleaned and restocked every other day is cheap and a no go for me. Had to call down for extra towels, coffee even toilet paper. No towels at pool. Not what I expected from Hilton. Will not be staying again.

Everything was great

The place is clean and the staff were welcoming. But l don’t get why l should be paying a deposit there that also takes ages to be refunded. Furthermore, they need to improve on their TV package. It was a disappointment to note that such a premium facility has so limited TV channels.

Great location and great customer service

The staff was nice. The room was clean. We made an error traveling through Atlanta during World Cup. It was nice we could leave the car parked while we went to the aquarium, but I missed that there was a parking fee and it wasn’t cheap. I was glad we got there the night before because parking went to $80 the next day.

We came for the World Cup and it had everything we needed. We ate at the city view in the morning before heading to the stadium. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. NA
