Worst stay ever never again. I would rather sleep in my car

Our beds were not made and the sheets had visible dirt stain!! the air was muggy and it smelled like mold :(

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I KNEW GOING IN NOT TO EXPECT 5 STAR ONLY PAYING $80. SAYING THAT, I SLEPT GOOD AND HAD A GOOD SHOWER. IT DID NEED A GOOD MOPING THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE COMPLEX.

The room was very dirty when I arrived, which was really disappointing. There wasn’t even a kitchen in the room like I expected, and no breakfast was provided at all. On top of that, the staff were rude and not helpful. Overall, not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend staying here

I waited at the front desk for 45 mins and they got me a room. A downgrade from what i purchased but at 3am i was just happy to get a bed. Not a good experience.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room did not have the advertised balcony, which was a major reason I booked. There was no ice vending machine available, and the room was missing washcloths. Parking was also a hassle because you have to pay every day, which was an unexpected extra expense. To make matters worse, the pool was out of order during our stay. Overall, the amenities and experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Everything wa stone except no one mentioned the pool was under construction. It’s too hot not to have a pool and not say anything about it

Insufficient towels for 3 consecutive days. I had to visit the front desk three times during my stay to request towels. The carpet didn't appear to be vacuumed. The long window curtain was off-track and missing the pull wand. Broken peephole. Toilet seat/lid stained. Slippery tub first night--wore flip flops to shower each day afterwards as a precaution. No ventilation in bathroom, so condensation is everywhere after showering. Stains on wall behind desk.
-
Wi-Fi in room kept cutting off, room cleaning requested in the morning, but cleaning was done in the evening with no towels left and therefore couldn’t have a proper before leaving very early in the morning. Other than that, everything else satisfactory.

Straightforward services, located in a very accessible area.

The staff was very good and easy to talk to. Now for starters the room itself looked pretty tidy but had a very weird smell. Now for the problem… the bathroom was horrible. It looked good but the shower had a bad leak no matter how you try to adjust the shower head/ shower curtain the bathroom still would flood. Also there was no ventilation at all so you would have to shower with the door open to prevent from suffocating. The tv barely even worked… I get the location there isn’t any parking so $50 a day for valet, I guess it’s not bad but I don’t think it’s worth the hassle.

The hotel was very close to train station and it was not clean and old one.

The front desk never answer the phone and the hotel does not look as clean as it looks like online.

As as as the good side of things the location was spot on. But the hallways, elevators, and rooms smelled old. The Small market bt front desk wasn't stocked at all.
-
I was shocked on my return that none has been done. I mean no one has touched the room, it is exactly as it was when we left. Self parking is $35/night. No breakfast. Its looks are BIG LIES.

Very difficult to get service at bar /restaurant.
