Great breakfast and friendly staff

Clean

The room was clean and comfortable. The bath products were great, and breakfast was provided. The check-in time begins at 4, but our room was not ready until 5 PM, which made it so we had to rush to get ready for our evening plans. The staff at the front desk were kind and apologetic. We attended an event at the Fox Theater and had planned to eat at the restaurant located in the hotel. The website said that the restaurant closes at 11:00, but when we asked for a table at 10:15, we were told they closed at 10:00. The bar across the street was able to accommodate us, so it all worked out. All in all, it was a very convenient location, clean, and with kind staff, but they need to work out some small timing issues.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Arrived at 5:30pm room was not ready then stepped in dog pee on the carpet floor in my room. The walls in the room looked dirty just didn’t feel very clean.

Exceptional

We attended an event at Fox Theater,and loved the fact how we didn't have to move our vehicle once we were there. We was able to walk literally across the street. It was in walking distance to cvs and where we ate after the event. Definitely will book again. No complaints

I loved staying at this hotel! The room was larger than expected, immaculately clean, had a beautiful view and was a comfortable place to spend time. Every staff member I came into contact with was welcoming and appeared to enjoy their job and interacting with guests. The lobby and common areas were visually appealing and comfortable. The included breakfast was superior to any included breakfast I’ve had with other hotels. All in all, a five-star experience, and a hotel I will look forward to visiting again.

The parking is the biggest problem because it comes with a hefty price tag. Other than that it’s a great place to stay in a very nice area. Hotel and bar staff were great?

Superb

Nice hotel in good location near subway and local bars and restaurants. Very nice hotel for pricepoint. Arrived late and nightshift staff member was quite abrupt as if we were somewhat of an inconvenience to her night. When we asked if there was anywhere local showing the World Cup and serving food she said she didnt think so. Turned out there was a bar across the road doing both! On checkout next day staff member charged us again for our room despite having already paid thru Booking.com in advance. Have had to claim this back.
