Element by Marriott Atlanta Midtown

The element staff threw up their hands and said not our problem we spoke to both Expedia and the Marriott staff and still have received no resolution. The lack of responsiveness by element staff and leadership has been disappointing at best

Stayed at another hotel close to Element. Payed double the amount and it was disgusting (everything once you passed the entrance) I missed that check in was on 2nd floor. There may have been signs but was to tired to notice

I like that it was close to the Fox theater. Like walking distance. It was hard to find the front of your place.

The location is perfect for accesss to downtown Atlanta and Emory University Midtown. We stay at Element whenever my aunt has an appointment at Emory; however, this last visit wasn't as pleasant as previously check-ins. The young lady at the front desk wasn't helpful during our initial arrival at 12. We returned at 3 and our room still wasn't ready so we left and had dinner. When we returned at 430ish there was a new lady on the desk who checked us in and apologized for the previous lady earlier in the day.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bath products were great, and breakfast was provided. The check-in time begins at 4, but our room was not ready until 5 PM, which made it so we had to rush to get ready for our evening plans. The staff at the front desk were kind and apologetic. We attended an event at the Fox Theater and had planned to eat at the restaurant located in the hotel. The website said that the restaurant closes at 11:00, but when we asked for a table at 10:15, we were told they closed at 10:00. The bar across the street was able to accommodate us, so it all worked out. All in all, it was a very convenient location, clean, and with kind staff, but they need to work out some small timing issues.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Arrived at 5:30pm room was not ready then stepped in dog pee on the carpet floor in my room. The walls in the room looked dirty just didn’t feel very clean.

Very clean and well located hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
