Great hotel in a fantastic location! The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This hitel was top notch! Rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was the best! It’s also bright around the corner from the Marta station to get back to the airport.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and quiet. Excellent stay, especially if you are attending an event at The Fox.

We paid approximately $285 to keep our room until 5:00 PM, even though we were not staying overnight. Before extending our stay, we confirmed with the front desk multiple times that our room would remain available and that we would not be disturbed, as my husband had a very important teleconference scheduled during the afternoon. Despite these repeated confirmations, members of the housekeeping staff came to our door multiple times and attempted to enter the room. The repeated interruptions were disruptive and caused unnecessary stress during an important business meeting. This was precisely the situation we were trying to avoid when we paid to extend our use of the room ( full rate just for a few ofhours of use) and verified the arrangement several times with the front desk. We understand that communication errors can occur, but in this case we took every reasonable step to prevent this from happening. It is disappointing that the information was apparently not communicated to the housekeeping team. Given that we paid a substantial amount simply to have uninterrupted access to the room for a few additional hours, I believe this situation warrants both an explanation and appropriate compensation. I hope you will review your internal communication procedures so future guests do not experience similar disruptions. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response.

Clean room

Besides the property being clean, the staff were excellent. Kyle and the breakfast crew were amazing and very welcoming. The food was good, but the staff made breakfast a pleasure. To be honest all of the staff were great from checking in to cleaning services. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable. There is something to be said about Southern Hospitality! It is definitely a thing! The property was spotless, but the staff truly stood out. Kyle and the breakfast crew were incredibly welcoming and made breakfast a delightful experience. While the food was good, it was the exceptional service that made the meal enjoyable. From the moment we checked in to the cleaning services, every member of the staff was fantastic. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. Southern Hospitality is truly a thing!

The Element was a very clean, safe, and quiet room.

With the air conditioning on and running all night sounded like a vacuum was running in the hallway while I was trying to sleep ..upon.Checking in at midnight.There was no one at the front desk and had to make a phone call.In order for them to let me in and was not guided to the second floor to reservation.Desk had to stand at front desk till I had to call them again to tell me to go to the second floor. Iron had a chip in it. So I snagged both pair of my pants after telling them the first night to replace it. And they did not. The bathroom vanity light and outlet went out on the morning.I had to actually use my makeup and curling iron. My room was not supplied with clean towels on my second day .nor was my coffee or anything else restocked. And upon leaving, I got a knock on my door with the do not disturb sign on it.At ten a m in the morning. Was not impressed and location was hard to get to with uber and pickups.0

Exceptional

Noticed a lot of repeat guests, which is a good sign. There is a nightly $45 parking charge and if something is going on at the Fox the parking deck gets busy. Overall a nice stay. Would visit again.

Great stay!

We love that the hotel is right across from the Fox theater. We were able to walk to watch beauty and the beast and then walk right back to the hotel at the end of the night. It was very clean and employees were very helpful. The restaurant on site was also good.
