The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered very good value for the price. Although the rooms and bathrooms were on the smaller side, they were modern, comfortable, and very clean. One thing to be aware of is that the hotel does not include parking. Valet parking costs $50 per night, and the staff did not mention that there are several private parking lots just a few blocks away where we parked for only about $15 per day. That was a much better option and saved us quite a bit of money. The hotel also does not include breakfast, and we found the breakfast prices to be a little expensive for our taste. Fortunately, there are plenty of excellent cafés and breakfast restaurants nearby. The staff was always respectful and professional. However, they were not especially warm or welcoming, and most of our questions were answered rather negatively, particularly by the gentleman working the night shift. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The excellent location, cleanliness, and reasonable price made it a great choice, and I would definitely stay here again.

My room was very comfortable and clean. I loved how quirky the decorations are. And the staff is impeccable. I highly recommend.

Will slap with you $100s of dollars in hidden fees. Won’t be staying here again

Honestly, a 2-star hotel. Unbelievably small bathroom -- as in, roughly 5'x6' from wall to wall! The "desk" is a shelf that's barely deep enough to hold my laptop. Ancient building, and it feels ancient. Lobby "restaurant and bar" is roughly the vibe/quality of a buffalo wild wings. On the good side: it is quiet. My first experience with the Indigo sub brand, and I won't be drawn to that brand elsewhere based upon this experience.

Good location, price, and staff

Highly recommend staying if you want to be in the center of the city and have everything walking distance.

Location is super convenient and staff is very friendly. Parking was located right behind the hotel and was never full which was nice. Bathrooms are very tiny if that’s important to you. Housekeeping didn’t come until 6pm which was a little inconvenient. There’s outdoor furniture but they don’t have cushions on them as advertised in the pictures. Not a bad stay, but probably wouldn’t be my first choice of hotels in midtown.

Noce

Room should have black out curtains, sun coming down in the room was bother. Pillows were flat and caused neck pain.

Location Smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel
-
- There were no cushions on the chairs outside. Bums stole them but never replaced or changed by hotel. - Bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen. - Closet was bigger than the bathroom. - Water pressure was great but water got cold quick. - No refrigerator.
-
The parking structure was difficult to get in and out of due to a movie being recorded. It should have been discounted on those days.

I like how it was very convenient right next to the Fox theater and near some good place to eat before the shows. The bathrooms are way too small, but considering it's a historic hotel that I cannot control. But overall the hotel was great.

I love this location for the things I had planned
-
There was no iron in the room that I could find, no additional pillows or blankets, and no closet. (Apparently that was because it was a handicapped accessible bathroom which takes up more space in the room so you sacrifice a closet?) :) The front desk staff was hit or miss - some were great, some seemed overwhelmed and snappy. All in all, great location and the stay was fine. Just less than expected from an Indigo.
