They could not get my garage pass to operate. I got double charged- if I didn’t make another trip to front desk they would’ve kept the charge on

Check in was a little bit of a wait, but there were so many checking in at the same time. The front desk staff was so organized and extremely friendly even under pressure! I wish I got her name, the the lady at the front desk was so sweet, loved talking to all the guests and was very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great stay in Atlanta!

We had a minor problem with our shower that was addressed immediately by the managers the front desk, and maintenance. Great vibe, lovely breakfasts, terrific location for the fix, High Museum, midtown fun.

Room was small Beds were not changed No towels or face-washer called few times and it took over 90mins to get towel. Poor house keeping. Reception staff's were good and friendly

Beautiful renovation on the hotel. Room was great, very small bathroom but that's because it is an old historic hotel, can't change the size. Staff was very friendly and always helpful when needed

The worriest cutomer service i ever stay in a hotel. I stay one week i always beg to clean my room they dont clean finaly i left tired of asking to clean my room i feel unconfsrtable with the service
