Great motel, staff, food, etc. Across the street from the Fox theater.

Location The smoke alarm has a flashing neon strobe light on all night. You couldn't turn it off. You couldn't sleep. It was horrible.

Perfect place to stay for a show at the Fox Theatre (across the street)! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

I ordered city view and got roof view but okay

Quietness I booked 2 rooms. The young lady at the desk gave me one invoice then proceeded to help the next customer. I had to wait for my invoice for room 2. Also, my guest got stuck on the elevator. Eventually, the same lady at the desk got on the elevator and told him all he had to do was push the button. When she tried the elevator still did not move. She let him know that maintenance would be called to fix it. He stayed in the elevator approximately 15 minutes before being assisted.

Quietness Elevator jammed and it took a while to get help Desk clerk proceeded to help next customer before giving me my 2nd invoice.

Location and restaurant It's not pet friendly

I booked my room three months in advance for a double bed showed up to the hotel at 4 o’clock and was promised that my room would be ready later. When I showed up after the game not only was my room not available They were out of the double beds and only had kings available. I was told there was nothing they could do. It was what it was and that they don’t know how to hold a reservationI was forced to share a bed with a friend of mine. It’s literally the only thing a hotel has to do is take a reservation and then honor that reservation and that was too much for this particular hotel. I was also told because I booked it on a third-party, but there was nothing they could do to compensate me. I am a Hilton diamond member and have learned my lesson to never stay at a Marriott ever again. This is all after we learned that the parking is not only for the hotel, but fo the entire downtown of Atlanta so there were no parking spots when we got there. So to recap no parking and no ability to honer there room obligations they should stop being a hotel. They’re not good at it.
