The property wasn’t well lit, ice machine on the 14th floor wasn’t working

We arrived @10pm. The parking lot lighting is bare minimum with one motion light at the gate and feels very unsafe. There was no TV remote in the room and we tried calling front desk, but no one would pick up, therefor we had no tv for the stay. The shower gel dispenser was completely empty, again no answer. In the morning we discovered the water was no longer working! This was like 9:15a when we got out of bed to get ready and called front desk who said this is the first she’s hearing about it and seemed to be confused by us telling her there was no running water. She said maintenance was coming, after 30 mins of nothing I called back down and was told that apparently the power to the pump for our floor got knocked off during the night before and she was unsure how long it would be until water returned! We were not offered any apologies, discount, free breakfast, free parking, nothing at all; and charged for the water bottle we needed to open in the room. Horrible experience.

The receptionist was awesome and very friendly. The property allows paid parking while giving shuttle bus rides to the airport. N/A

There is no "executive lounge" so there is no need for an executive room.

They were understanding when our flight was delayed and couldn’t check in until 4am. But we were glad they didn’t give our room up.

Clean and comfortable. Nice staff except for the most part. Good price. The shuttle bus driver seemed to disappear. Luckily a nice driver from a different hotel felt sorry for us after watching us wait so long that he offered to take us. Had a similar issue the next morning wanting for 25 minutes for the shuttle to the airport. By the time a driver arrived Rodrick the bus that was parked in the hotel parking lot, there were so many people waiting we could not all fit on the shuttle and others had to wait even longer. It was close to the airport m. The facilities were great. The receptionist and front desk seemed to make you feel that you were bothering them when you asked a question. I did not appreciate not receiving information about not keeping my key card to exit. When paying for one night, I did not think it was necessary to charge me for $35.00 for parking.

Nothing i liked Extra charges aroused once checking in i didn't have the amount on a card I had cash so I could check for 5 hours I had left and could not get a refund and the receptionist was very rude because apparently I disturb her nap at 545am it should have been known about the deposit during booking

Five star , the staff were so helpful and professional. The food was delicious and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

It is near to airport Parking is not free as mentioned at booking.com and hotel staff mentioned ut is booking.vom fault to mention it is free. I had to pay 32$ per night for parkiing

The hotel location was spot on for me. Everything else was just fine…

$11 for a bottle of water at the store inside the hotel is highway robbery!! The bedrooms himself could use a lot more lighting.

What a lovely hotel. Much much better than your average airport hotel. Reception were wonderful, received an Expedia room upgrade to a top floor suite. Fantastic room. Bar staff were lovely too. Definitely stay here again

It was clean, nice and everything you need to stay after flight. Shuttle to domestic airport. We paid for breakfast but dis not got any as we need to leave very earlier.
