Great hotel with prime location . Free shuttle to the airport, didn’t get a chance to try breakfast but the coffee was good

Other than the world's slowest elevator, this hotel was wonderful. The Front Desk Staff, I'm horrible with names, was wonderful. Polite, kind, and very helpful with all my questions. Felt safe and clean. Walking distance to several places to eat and very close to the airport. 10/10 would recommend.

The carpet around the air conditioner was soaking wet. The door to the bathroom should have been installed differently to allow easy entrance and exit. Lighting was poor in bathroom. One elevator was broken so took along time to get to the 5 th floor. The shuttle bus driver was rude. Location to the airport was good with a gas station next to the hotel for easy fill up for the rental car prior to returning.

Staff was great, room was clean. Maybe because the hotel was really packed, the elevators were really slow and it seem that only one was working. The breakfast area got crowded really quick. More toasted would have been appreciated.

Breakfast was good. Staff was kind, especially after our flight was cancelled late at night. It could use some upkeep for the bathroom but king size bed and room was great.

The pool had a lot of bugs in it. When we first checked in, the power went out and was out for a couple of hours. The staff were fairly nice. The pool water was kind of cloudy and had bugs in it. The room kind of smelled bad, but overall it wasn’t horrible. The WiFi wasn’t very good at all. Not sure if I’ll stay there again or not.

Room was clean. TV didn’t really work. Outlet for hair dryer was a disaster waiting to happen - the cover was practically falling off. Any splash of water and that hotel is gonna be up in flames. I’ve never been to a hotel let along a La Quinta where you had to pay for parking too. Pretty crazy.

There is no such thing as airport view. I requested a airport view. I was put on first floor. Even though the trees are so tall you can't see from the top floor. False advertisement.

The receptionist was quite accommodating. She informed us that we could cancel our reservation if we wished to do so. It was already 1 am when we made this request. The booking confirmation stated that there was no parking fee, but the receptionist mentioned that she had waived the fee for us due to the inconvenience of the room. This seemed contradictory. I provided her with the booking information from the website, and she explained that it was a third-party booking and that she was not aware of it.

We stay here for the convenience to the airport and the shuttle! The landscaping is beautiful and the location is in walking distance to a few bars and restaurants! The staff is friendly and rooms are okay for being older! Bed was comfortable!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! The food was really great and seating area was clean and extremely nice. They also had coffee, tea bags and water available at all times. I would stay again.

Room was large and spotless ,bed and pillows so comfortable, large tv , I liked the room configuration .staff very helpfull, the free shuttle bus to the airport was a great add on to the experience , breakfast enough choice to see you start the day well ,didn't use the pool on this occasion.

It's located close to the airport. The room would benefit from a good cleaning session. Breakfast buffet had a very poor choice and I actually left hungry.

Overall, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, and I would not stay here again unless housekeeping standards improve significantly.

The location was great with restaurants in walking distance, Very quiet and safe. The fire alarms kept going off and I couldn’t get anyone to answer why.

Oh and once I was back home, instead of charging me 45 dollars for 3 days of using the parking lot (15x3=45) they “made a mistake” and changed me 90 dollars. So yeah, the whole experience was bad.
