Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel

Exceptional

I liked the location. Excellent for plane spotting. I didn't like the decor too retro for me. Hallway Carpets smelled a bit musty/dusty.

Waitress was very friendly. No wait time. Fresh pineapple was good. The smoked salmon that was supposed to be on the buffet never materialised. Coffee quality was basic. There was only strawberry flavoured cream cheese. Strawberries were tasteless. There were stains on the bed sheet. And the door of the cabinet with the minibar fell off. Considering it was the closest hotel to the airport, it was still a ten minute car ride away. The shuttle service was not going to the international terminal.

The location for me personally was incredible! I’m a plane spotter and never found a hotel anywhere with such amazing views of the entire airport and runways! Nothing to speak of

Everything was ok except we did not get what we paid for. Reason was since we paid on Expedia it was not available. And it was the room seeing the runway.

This was a solid hotel and what made this hotel really perfect for my stay was the staff. Everyone was really welcoming and went above and beyond - from the receptionists to the people who worked in the restaurants. The shuttle was convenient and the room was super spacious and clean. It's not really a negative but the shower was intense. It only had one level: intense. I felt like I was trying to shower under niagra falls or something - but it was not bad, just surprising. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for the airport

Proximity to the airport. Staff. I have never been treated with such discourtesy and lack of professionalism in my 30 years of travel. And the price for the stay was overpriced given the state of the facilities.

Staff was amazing no pool available so choose wisely other than that place wonderful.

Outstanding stay felt like I literally was at home from the cleaning too the staff amazing only one thing though staff for the restaurant needs too get better & food timing other than that great stay I will be back soon
