I liked the location. Excellent for plane spotting. I didn't like the decor too retro for me. Hallway Carpets smelled a bit musty/dusty.

Waitress was very friendly. No wait time. Fresh pineapple was good. The smoked salmon that was supposed to be on the buffet never materialised. Coffee quality was basic. There was only strawberry flavoured cream cheese. Strawberries were tasteless. There were stains on the bed sheet. And the door of the cabinet with the minibar fell off. Considering it was the closest hotel to the airport, it was still a ten minute car ride away. The shuttle service was not going to the international terminal.

Hotel is in real need of a refresh. Everything feels dated and old. The windows with the famous view were semi opaque and dirty. The amenities were pitiful and the service on arrival reception and from room service and evening reception not good enough. Very disappointed. Add to this that Hotels.com advised Club Room access on the booking - which is not included at all and it was a totally underwhelming experience

I arrived around midnight after a delayed flight, only to discover that the mobile key didn’t work. I tried calling the front desk multiple times and no one answered, so I had to go all the way downstairs with my luggage simply to get access to my room. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of concern or apology from the front desk staff. After a long travel day, a simple acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have gone a long way. Then, at 9:30 the next morning, housekeeping was knocking on doors to determine whether rooms were still occupied. With an 11:00 a.m. checkout time, I cannot understand why guests need to be disturbed an hour and a half beforehand just to establish whether they have checked out. Hotels have systems that track occupancy and departures; waking or interrupting guests should not be the method. None of these issues individually would necessarily ruin a stay. Taken together, though, they reflect a surprising lack of attention to the basic guest experience: a mobile key that doesn’t work, a front desk that can’t be reached late at night, an indifferent response when you seek help, and housekeeping disturbing guests well before checkout. At a minimum, guests should be able to get into their rooms, reach the front desk when they cannot, and sleep undisturbed until a reasonable time before checkout.

The location for me personally was incredible! I’m a plane spotter and never found a hotel anywhere with such amazing views of the entire airport and runways! Nothing to speak of

The front desk staff and the airport shuttle drivers were extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was very tasty.

Everything was great here. Friendly stuff and awesome service. I had a room that had a balcony facing the airport which was fun because I could relax watching planes arrive and depart.

Only breakfast is not recommended because it is not enough for everyone, I only saw coffee, some bread rolls and fruits, I wanted eggs, but it was not enough for everyone, but everything else was Jeninañ.

The food is unfortunately expensive, slow and overpriced. Breakfast is
