Great for Aviation fanatics and close to the airport!

Very short stay. Room was clean, staff was dry.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, and clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay here!

My stay was just 1 day, but I enjoyed the property and was placed in a room with a newly renovated bathroom. Everything was great.

The hotel is going through renovations but they have done a great job of keeping the experience enjoyable and quiet. We were originally located on the airport runway side with a balcony, which the family enjoyed because of watching Hartsfield’s busy airstrips. Unfortunately, a hotel guest near us went outside to smoke pot and the smell wafted up to our balcony and room, even with the door closed and curtain drawn. The smell was overwhelming. We asked to move rooms to a non-balcony location and the rest of the stay was perfect. Thankful to the staff for moving us. Bummed we only got to watch planes for about 15 minutes, and wish guests didn’t ruin the opportunity. I am amazed at how well insulated that hotel is considering its proximity to the airport. It is our second stay there and you don’t really hear planes unless you’re on the balcony side. The bathrooms are redone and clean. Parking is reasonably priced.

Upgraded to a great room Nothing

Loved being able to watch the airplanes on the balcony or from the quiet of your room. They soundproofed the rooms well. Professional staff. Not much. There didn’t seem to be a lot going on when we were outside our room.

Excellent location, five star feel for a Holiday Inn price. Clean and sparkling, beautiful bathroom and shower, would highly recommend. Can’t find anything I didn’t like!

Convenient to the airport.

We didn't check in until late at night. I had great difficulty pushing my suitcases on the carpet to get to the rm on 11th floor. At no time did I see a luggage cart in the hotel and was not aware that there would be a carpet that is would difficult to push luggage on. I have new luggage with spin wheels and I struggled greatly pushing my luggage.

The hotel was great. The staff were great and helpful. The food was really good. It’s a little hard to get to the hotel from the airport even though it was advertised to be an airport hotel. Also, I expected to have an airport view room but I was located on the other side of the hotel. I would like for them to advertise their rooms as airport view or not. Other than that, the hotel was great.

We went down for around 10:15 but there wasn't really much left, which was a bit disappointing. They were very short on cutlery, cups and glasses too which did take a while to be replaced. Only other gripe is the tipping situation. Yes I understand in the USA waiters/waitresses rely on tips to a certain degree but it was a buffet breakfast, why am I tipping someone when we gathered our own food and drinks. The only thing the waiter actually needed to do was go and get our breakfast tickets as they weren't given to us at reception, but, again that's on the hotel not on me so I shouldn't really have been asked for a tip on the receipt. I also appreciate you may say I didn't have too but us Brits are told it is heavily frowned upon to not tip so we felt obliged. Staff were friendly enough though and this is no way a dig at them but I certainly don't think a buffet breakfast requires tipping the servers.
