We had a layover in Atlanta and stayed at this hotel. I was so impressed with the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was fine, with clean beds and shower. They are also pet friendly, which was important for us. We were very tired and jet lagged and really appreciated that they had complementary food for dinner so we didn’t have to look for a place to eat. My daughter got up at 4 am hungry and they already had fruit, yogurt, pastries, and coffee available. The shuttle to the airport was great too. All around a great experience!

Staff members were extremely helpful and pleasant! Everybody was a 10/10 & so was our stay!

Drury Inn's staff were all helpful and friendly. We love the complimentary airport shuttle and convenient location.
-
Pros: Rooms were nice and clean, little to no noise overall. Staff was very polite and welcoming. Cons: Kitchen floor was sticky and elevator really slow.

We had a quick overnight trip to Altanta due to a flight delay causing us to miss our flight to Nashville. We stayed at this hotel. I was unimpressed with everything about the hotel.

The breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable. We were really looking forward to the hot tub in the morning before we left, but it looked really dirty (the pool looked clean). Also, there was only one working elevator, so that was frustrating. I can’t imagine how frustrating it is for the housekeeping staff.

Great hotel

Ending breakfast at 9am is too early. Especially when traveling.

Drove in from Ohio, on my way to Florida. I arrived 4 hours earlier than expected and the front desk lady was amazing!! Checked us in early and was very nice. I wish I remembered her name. If the hotel can find out who checked me in, please praise her for great customer service!

Overall I would chose this hotel over a resort anyday. I've been to a resort twice and I must say the amenities here with staff presence and security is the best. No complaints only that the ice maker on floor 6 was broken. Overall, love the hospitality and the themed background just in time for FIFA. Parking was good. Loved the elevator, dining area, the food, stairwells were carpeted. The food & beverage vouchers were worth it. They had complimentary toiletries. Just wished they sold condoms alongside there store merchandise. Overall scanning out the parking lot was a bit inconvenient, but loved the security. Located seconds from the airport. It was always quite during my stay. Loved the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Just wished the pool hours were later. Staff was available 24/7. Dinner was worth waiting for. I feel like I saved so much money during my stay here especially with the convenient shuttle service.

All of the staff were amazing. Especially Nicole Hoffman! I never realized how wonderful a Drury hotel would be, but this was an amazing experience. Good food, great atmosphere, great price. Minimal noise especially Tuesday through Thursday. Halls were kept quiet. The pool gets crowded Thursday through Saturday though but it was really nice. I would 100% stay there again.

We had an excellent stay. The only issue was the food. For breakfast they only had one choice for the yogurt, strawberry. I’m allergic to strawberries and when I asked for options I was told there weren’t any. Also, choices for vegetarians were slim. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay!

The biggest turn off was the AC unit. It needs to be cleaned,.as the dirty vents can be harmful to those of us with allergies.
