Welcoming atmosphere starting with check-in. Jamie was super awesome with getting us checked in a little early. Entire staff very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant staff member Meko was very accommodating at breakfast. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Atlanta.

One elevator was broken and the staff was not the friendliest . The breakfast was ok but I saw a peace of bread that had mold on it. Did not eat at the hotel.

Water Pressure in shower was way too low and tub faucet had a leak that dripped loudly

Large room. Clean. But water temperature in shower was problematic. Water was very hot to scalding! No cold, cool, luke warm, warm, or moderate. ONLY very hot or VERY, VERY HOT!

The location was great. The staff were amazing so nice and helpful. The room was clean but I had a problem the The microwave. I booked the hotel mainly because it said it had a hot tub but it wasn't working so I was very disappointed. They had an elevator broken the whole 4 days which took so much time to get back and forth from your room and outside major convenience. The breakfast was good but a little pricey. Overall it was an good experience just wish the hot tub was in working condition. It was have made my stay perfect.

We were there for 4 days and never got room service. I asked 3 times a day for two days. The last time was on the evening shift and the young man told me that the towels are being dried and he would bring them up, he never showed. There was also a stain in the bathtub that made it look like a puddle of urine, and they did not have anything to keep you from slipping. The chair in the living area had a big blood spot on the arm of it. Nobody ever came up to try and clean it. The breakfast was not great, same stuff every day. This is the worst Hilton stay ever.

The hot tub didn’t work & the was the reason we chose this hotel but other than that no complaints

The view that I had from my room The room wasn’t very clean there was what looked like blood on the wall tape on the ceiling and the door was sticky. The doors to enter in the building near our room were broken so you had to always walk around the building to get in. The worker were so slow and acted like they had a problem helping. When we needed towels the front desk took 35 minutes to get towels because the lady was on her personal phone. One of the pools were down and the other one wasn’t very clean. One of the elevators were broken and the other one sounded like it was about to break and was super slow. The bathroom light was flickering I told them multiple times but no one came to fix it there was leftover food in the fridge and gave the room a smell. I told the front desk about all my issues and they told me they could give my money back so I could book a different room else where.

The lift is always bad its terrible climbing steps especially for the aged a very bad experience for me I have seen this i a long time of my travels

The staff was top notch. Always friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well stocked. The shuttle drivers went out of their way to help. And the shuttle saved us money on Ubers to and from airport. The hotel stored our luggage for us after we checked out so we could sightsee for the day. On the downside, the air didn’t seem to work well in the main areas. Also the hot tub wasn’t very hot and jets didn’t blow well. Some breakfast items needed to be chilled and weren’t (like yogurt).

Hotel is poorly neglected by the management. Aircon in public areas not working, lift not working. Rooms tired. No shower gel, towels not replaced. Staff clearly unmotivated. Not fit for the Hilton name.

The staff was really good and the hot tub wasn’t a hot tub it was a kid pool ! Free breakfast wasn’t free breakfast had to pay. Overall rooms was clean and comfortable. Close to a lot of places!

While it was clean, it is so in need of renovations or fixes as it looks dirty until you pay attention and see the issues (new flooring in elevator, replace broken and chipped tiles in room, replace rusted faucets/shower heads etc). The staff however are amazing! Super friendly, very helpful, and worthy of as many stars one can give. I would return just for them.
