The lady who checked me in the night I got there was gold. She was sweet as pie and really helpful. Fast forward to my room, I’m not one to normally ever complain about a hotel room. The beds were not real clean, the bathroom also not completely clean, no garbage bag in the can? Anyway fast forward to the main issue. I fell in their shower and when there was finally not a huge line I went down and let them know(my leg is bruised all the way down, my knee swollen and the rest of body hurts) how did it happen? The shower floor is VERY slippery. They were SO RUDE!!! But also I came back that night (I had an event I spent money on) and someone had noticeably been in my room (I also told them about that) the one front desk guy basically just ignored me and the other was almost laughing while telling someone. Absolute garbage property. Except for the nice lady I had when I checked in she was amazing.

Nothing The toilet flush handle was broken called reception 2 times. No action. Went down to request a new room. After taking all my luggage to the new room realized this toilet was cloged. Maintenance came to fix it made a right mess in the bathroom and noncleaning services followed up. Horrible customer service. Never return thank you.

I was not given the room requested, nor the staff was helpful to make changes.

We had a horrible meal at the restaurant and it was ridiculously expensive. (I had Caesar salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was dry and the salad tasteless…and it was 26.00.) I like to untuck the sheets at the bottom of the bed, when I did I found that they didn’t use a fitted sheet on the bottom, they used a flat sheet. It was at least 6” shorter than it needed to be to even cover the top of the mattress, leaving the mattress pad exposed and was likely to wrap around my legs during the night. When I went to call the front desk about the issue the phone was broken. I went down stairs to complain and was handed a new set of sheets to remake the bed myself. The bathroom and tiled area by the door were sticky. One of the main lights blinked like a strobe when we turned it on. The only good thing about our stay was one of our shuttle drivers. Other than that, it was terrible.

Breakfast was good. The employees were very nice. The hall we were on smelled like weed. The bed was hard. The hot tub was freezing.

The hotel was clean, and the kitchen and bar were good the room was great. The communication with desk staff was mixed, and the shuttle service is the main reason I don’t rate the hotel excellent. It is NOT 24/7, and it is not clearly marked or very timely. When I called to ask about it, I did not get good information either. Thankfully another shuttle driver helped me out. I would stay again and recommend if this were improved. I was there less than 24 hours, however.

everything would’ve been great but the whole purpose of my booking the reservation was because of the jacuzzi but it was out of service. were newly wed so it was a little heartbreaking so disappointed

The room was perfect for our quick stay. The pool and hot tub were excellent as was the free breakfast. Will definitely stay here again !

I had a problem with long, stringy hair on the bathroom floor in my room. I have a bald head, so it had to be left over from a previous occupant.

The elevator was quick. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The first night checking in the lady was not friendly. She charged my card although I had already paid online. She didn't allow me to participate in the promotion they had going on that day. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. Everything else was okay.

Hotel rooms seem to be a bit outdated they still have roll up shades lol. Bed was ok. But the room was clean and friendly staff
