Staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel itself needs some renovations as a whole, carpet in hallways were nasty, the elevator could use a wipe down, the carpet in the rooms should just be replaced with vinyl or laminate pretty nasty, the drapes had big stains not very pleasant to see, pillow cases had visible stains and hair

They are going through construction of the property. They put us in one of there newly renovated rooms, which was not fully done BTW. So I felt we shouldn't have been charged as much. Each time we visit Atl. This is the hotel we enjoy staying at. Not too bad of an experience. Was just a lot going on with the renovations.

Dirty threadbare carpets and questionable cleaning meant we wouldn’t stay again.

The cleanliness of the bathroom to my room. My bathroom shower still had hair in it along with around the toilet. Bathroom was basically falling apart. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and still have yet to receive a call from management.

Breakfast was enjoyable.

No heated pool no hot tub rooms where not clean by check in time had to wait until after 4 to check in my room. No first aid kit on hand

Staff muy servicial , amigable , ubicacion cerca al Aeropuerto

We had mold in our room and I had difficulty breathing . General manager barged in while I was on an important call to check windows …it could have waited (they compensated 50% one night stay but I was angry and it needs to be noted). I don’t think I’ll be back

The room I stayed in on the first floor was very outdated and had a strong mildew smell. The box spring had a large stain on the side, and the carpet was dirty. The mini fridge was older than I am, noisy, and rusty, so I didn't feel comfortable putting food in it. The bathroom was decent but not thoroughly cleaned. The receptionist mentioned that they are in the process of renovating the hotel, but I wish they would have placed me in an updated room. Given the price, I believe you can find better accommodations elsewhere.

The staff were great! They were super nice, and greeted us each time we saw them, also were very helpful. The room looked clean on the surface, however closer inspections revealed it wasn't very clean. The carpet is dirty throughout the entire hotel. The lobby stairs obviously hadnt been vaccuumed in a very long time. I placed a white towel on my room floor to soak up a small spill.... the towel was sooooo nasty brown afterward. The tub had hair all over it. I could tell the maids do less than the bare minimum. The bed looked "clean" and was comfy. The A/C worked good. The bathroom floor was sticky. The lobby and dining/kitchen area were the cleanest part. Clean and taken care of. Breakfast was VERY good, Better than other places I've stayed. The omelets and waffles were yummy, my very picky child approved of their biscuits and gravy. Parking was good, enough spaces. I personally felt safe there. But you have to pay $5 parking per night...... wasn't aware of that before. The indoor pool was the entire reason I booked there. It seemed clean enough. It wasn't the best. It was very very cold, im not a picky person, but it was like ice. There was a big built up water pocket leaking right above that was inches from dripping into the pool. There is no hot tub. It's within walking distance to restaurants/stores. Wouldn't have stayed if I hadn't already paid. But it is what it is.

Decent location for restaurants. Poorly maintained. Water damage. “Repairs”. Mildew smell. Murky pool. Breakfast was ok (I nearly skipped it, and went late, so..). The shuttles and drivers, and front desk experience was pleasant. They accommodated my request to cancel the remaining nights. A lot of work to be done outside of that.

Staff very friendly Rooms very clean Settle was always on time

I was very sick and desperately needed a coffee pot. called down to the front desk to request one. They were. convinced one was in my room. I pointed out that the room they placed me in was an 85% newly remodeled (cabinet doors missing and other items clearly missing) and perhaps they did not return the coffee pot. They never brought me the coffee pt. I had nothing but plain water since 6 am that day and waaa already dealing with horrible flight experiences. It would have been nice for them just to bring me a simple coffee pot so i could have some hot tea to help my fever.

The staff was extremely rude. They expected us to sweep the floor after we ate, cleaned the floor once we got out of the pool we had to pay for parking which was absolutely horrendous, and the staff was extremely rude.

Location outdated room not clean

The staff in the breakfast area were very racist!

. The front desk staff were amazing. The breakfast staff not so much. They didnt like that we asked questions about gluten free options. Our room was ok. But lots of other people's hair on the floor and brown stains on the bedding. Besides that it was a nice stay.

Staff were very friendly. Helped me with my last minute booking and checked me in early. N/a
