Limited breakfast options. Hotel is under renovation; can’t wait to come back after renovations

Towel and wash cloths were nasty and damp

Besides the renovations they doing the stay was wonderful didn’t have no issues at all

After staying in two hotels near the airport, Country Inn & Suites by Radisson fit all my needs; the other two did not! Affordable, hot breakfast, and comfy suites. I will be staying at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson when I visit Atlanta.

Nice place, but it’s going through remodeling in June 2026.

The ad said free parking and they charged us. That is deceptive. Also put us on third floor right beside where they were renovating.

Unfortunately, the rooms were a different story. Our first room had a strong musty odor that seemed to be masked with air freshener or perfume. We didn’t stay in that room long because the entry door would not lock properly. I had to go back down from the third floor to the front desk to report the issue and get reassigned to another room. The second room also appeared to need significant remodeling. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with an overpowering cologne or perfume smell. When a scent is that strong, it makes me wonder if it’s being used to cover up other odors. The bathroom looked like it had been partially remodeled, but the workmanship was questionable. The toilet was loose, there was missing silicone around parts of the shower, and it appeared that water could potentially get behind the walls and cause damage. Overall, while the staff was excellent and the exterior presentation was decent, the condition of the rooms and maintenance issues left a lot to be desired. I would rate this hotel around 2.5 to 3 stars.

I loved the customer service, especially when we first arrived. The receptionist was so helpful and sweet. We loved the pool and room! Breakfast was amazing!

Although the hotel is under renovation we still enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. I wished the pool was heated which would have provided more time in the water having fun

They are under renovations I understand that. I found that out when I got there. We had no toilet paper back up and ran out at night. Ran out of tissue also. There was not a hair dryer in the room. Did not realize it until I was ready to use one. I think the place could have been cleaner The elevator was dirty and needs sweeping then a wash.

The breakfast was great, except for the one waffle maker, that was out of commission. The desk staff was super friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. The shuttle drivers were great, and helpful. The pool and hot tub, we’re outta commission.

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable The upkeep on the hotel was very poor. The carpets in the rooms smelled old and musty. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly and there was someone’s shavings/hair in the shower. The carpets were old and stained
