Comfortable beds. Great breakfast! We were charged $50.00 extra for parking and security deposit for our one night stay. We were told that $15.00 of that was for parking, and that the rest would be refunded to us. It’s been 5 days since we checked out and still no sign of any refund.

Location was close to the airport The hall smelled like natural gas from a broken boiler, the first room has a broken sink, the room def could have used a deeper clean. The second room was ok was cleaner

Their was alot of hair in the Tub and on the Shower walls

The room was clean and the staff were amazing. Only thing I'd point out would be the elevator - it works fine going from floor to floor, but it forgets which numbers were picked as soon as the door opens. This can make it really hard to get to higher floors if other people need to go down and the elevator stops for them on the way up.

Rooms are cozy, could do with better sunlight access. Extra charge levied at check in saying it would be refunded later. But no refunds are processed. Its a total scam.
