Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport - North by IHG

Very basic room, little warmth, no coffee maker, no ice bucket, one plastic cup, no shower mat, no hand towels, no wash cloths. Breakfast was ok with premade (likely frozen and then heated ) "omelettes." Does not deserve the rating it has on Orbitz.

Good location near Montauk and Amagansett on the beach with a good view. Liked that there was a mini kitchen and an outside balcony facing the ocean. Easy setup at the beach with chairs and a food truck. A little noisy at night (thin walls) and bed wasn’t that comfortable.

The staff was always smiling and eager to help.I had an issue with the shower and someone was sent out immediately to resolve the issue.

Breakfast- Superb choices of cooked and continental food for all dietary needs and wants. I loved the pork-free meat and the "biscuits" which in the UK are known as scones! The friendly chef - a middle aged black lady, came out to say hello and made sure we were all happy and content. Time allocated for breakfast was long and generous, for jet lagged guests like me Room - generous sized room. It was clean and well equipped. Air conditioner, TV, iron, hair dryer, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities. Soap and shampoo. Just wonderful. Free supply of toiletries like toothpaste. Vending machine for hot and cold meals Location- Quiet. less than 20 minutes from airport and 40 minutes from family. Nothing comes to mind

Room was very moist. Breakfast was pretty much cleaned out around 9.

Shuttle and staff friendly Your bedroom floors in both our rooms seemed clean but if you walked on it bear foot your feet got dirty - needs more attention on the floor

Overall, the room seemed clean, but the floor was dirty. Good breakfast, as is typically of HIE. The shuttle didn't come to the airport, so, I hopped a ride for a tip with another that was going by my hotel. The site says they have 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport. So, not bad, but room for improvement.

The room was nice, bed was comfortable, good lighting for work at the desk. Breakfast had a nice variety of items. The airport shuttle was very convenient as we took it multiple times to get to the MARTA station and then to the World Cup Fanfest and Mercedes Benz stadium.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast but staff needs to work on replacing food as it gets low. They ran out of eggs by 8:00 a.m. Loved they had airport shuttle. Restaurants walking distance. Very close to the airport but a quiet secure location.

Room was brilliant Swimming pool was extremely filthy and concrete around pool area was damaged
