Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport - North by IHG

Front desk staff wasnt very friendly, but wasnt overall rude either you could work on the hospitality. The breakfast was ok . The room was clean when we arrived. Its not a 5 star but okay enough to say 1 or 2 night.

Hotel conveniently located near the airport. The airport shuttle is a nice perk but the shuttle has limited seating. Free breakfast although the quality is just meh.

The check in was effortless, staff pleasant and accommodating, room was clean, cozy, shower was hot and plenty of fresh linen. Pool was warm and clean. I visited on a weekend and the cook was amazing! She makes homemade grits ! The coffee machine is awesome and available all day long! This place also had a gym! I didn’t use it ! To busy relaxing in all that comfort! No complaints!

Disappointing

Check-in and check-out were simple and straightforward. Digital check-in helped. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have seen! Eggs, egg white omeletes, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, grits, toast, English muffins, fruit, milk alternatives for coffee/cereal, juice, yogurt, chicken or turkey sausage (can’t remember which), so many options and fresh! Great start to a busy day that I had. I was on 6th floor and I felt rooms were pretty soundproof especially being so close to airport. I slept extremely well. My room was clean and A/C was great. There’s free freshly ground/brewed coffee and tea 24/7, microwaves in room, and a convenience store area near lobby tô buy frozen meals, snacks, drinks, etc. gym and business center. Tables with outlets throughout dining area and main floor. I will stay here next time I find myself in Atlanta! Shuttle bus is convenient (look for the gray bus that says motel 6 @ ATL airport). Front desk attendants were friendly! Nothing!

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating when we arrived late after a flight cancellation. It didn’t seem like there was a lot in the area as far as walkability for food options.

Location is convenient to airport Showing it’s age, and security is limited- back door was just open and not well marked

After a long flight we were able to unpack, shower, and sleep in a clean comfortable room. The check-in process was quick and easy even though it was late at night. The staff was helpful and we were very thankful for the shuttle service to and from the airport.
