I finally spoke with a decent front desk person without an attitude but firm. She listened to the situation and made an attempt to accommodate and resolve my issue. She said she would subtract $20 off my stay and move me to a room where the remote worked. The inability of the front desk crew to handle their emotions under pressure in a situation. The heat in the lobby and the hallways.

Location The room I stayed in had some bugs crawling on the floor and only had 2 very small pillows and I woke up with a migraine.

I was late sometimes but the manger said I had pay for two days everday How the manger didn take my money & put us out

It was a basic room, but very quiet and clean. Check in was a breeze no additional fees for the room there was a very small fee for parking but it was secure and safe so that was no issue bathroom and entire room was very clean for the price and there was DoorDash and many places to eat quick before heading to the airport, which was conveniently 5min away (the reason I wanted to stay there) the only thing could've been better was the water pressure but at 7am in a motel it's gonna be a struggle bout anywhere I think. Plenty of hot water and it was good enough for a shower. I ate quick at the Waffle House like 2 blocks away then filled up the rental car and made my way to the airport in a short amt of time so it's a very convenient comfortable place to stay the night before an early flight especially if your on a budget and don't wanna have to pay extra deposit or have to have a major credit card. I booked thru Expedia 2 hrs before I got there due to a terrible experience with another hotel that was almost 3 times the amount I paid for this one. Good Job Motel 6 in Atlanta by the airport! I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience at Motel 6 Airport. From the moment I walked in, the gentleman at the front desk welcomed me with a genuine smile and immediately made me feel comfortable. I arrived about 30 minutes before 3:00 PM, and he graciously checked me in without any problem. When I entered my room, I was honestly amazed. The furniture appeared brand new, everything was clean and fresh-smelling, and I had a spectacular view. The room exceeded my expectations. I especially want to recognize the gentleman who checked me in. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but he was professional, polite, welcoming, and attentive. He even made sure my brother and I had enough towels, which was a thoughtful extra touch. I didn't stay the entire night because I mainly needed the room while waiting for my brother, whom I hadn't seen in 10 years. Still, the time I spent there was wonderful. Kudos to the person who hired this gentleman—he is truly an asset to your company. Between the excellent service, cleanliness, beautiful room, and convenient location, this was absolutely a five-star experience. I highly recommend this Motel 6 and would gladly stay here again!

The location. Television not working and unsavory characters all over the reception area. I assume I saw prostitutes hovering around.

That it was close to some places. That the Housekeeper called me all kinds of Bitches and Hoes in front of my grandson
