Staff were very helpful. Hotel needs a lot of work to update.

Poor employees

Everything was great except the pool wasn’t working and we didn’t know that in advance

Furthermore, the bathroom shower curtains had an unpleasant mildew scent and no circulation in the bathroom. There were stains on the curtains in the room. We discovered bugs as well. The ceiling and walls are all patched up from previous damages. Just an overall unappealing room. The breakfast buffet is decent and the lobby area is the best area of the hotel from an aesthetic standpoint. The hotel is aged and not unkept properly in my opinion. Be mindful that parking is $20 A NIGHT! Overall, it was a very underwhelming experience and my family and I will never be returning.

A truly terrible experience. We drove for five hours to reach the hotel, arriving at the lobby around 12:20 AM to find a line of over twenty people. Only two staff members were handling check-ins; it turned out that flight delays had forced a large group of travelers to seek accommodation there. The staff lacked the necessary competence to handle the situation effectively, leaving us waiting in line for over two hours. Finally, around 2:30 AM, another male staff member arrived; he was highly efficient, quickly moving the line along and separating the passengers affected by flight delays from regular guests during the check-in process. We finally completed check-in around 2:40 AM, only to find the parking lot completely full, forcing us to park right at the hotel entrance. By the time we reached our room, it was 3:00 AM, and to make matters worse, the shower gel dispenser was empty! An absolutely awful experience—I will never book here again.

There is a great restaurant in the hotel where you can take food to go and eat it in your room!

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the airport shuttle was convenient and made getting to and from the airport easy. The only downsides were that guests have to pay for parking, which was disappointing, and the hotel advertised a game room, but there wasn’t one available during our stay. Overall, I would stay here again for the convenient location, good breakfast, and helpful staff.

Older style Holiday Inn. Bathroom door in hotel room doesn't stay open. Buffet breakfast available at additional cost. Room was clean and basic.

The air conditioner didn't work in the bedroom it was hot all night and very uncomfortable.

Very good option for an overnight stay while in transit. I appreciated the free shuttle. The room was comfortable.
