Every thing was good

I really enjoyed staying at the property. I loved that the parking lot was secured by security and the hotel was also secure. I loved the front desk staff. They were very friendly and helpful. I liked that you couldn’t get on the elevator without a room key. I felt very safe. Only thing I didn’t like was the blankets on the bed. The comforter on the beds were very thin. But everything else was great. I would stay again I was just bring an extra blanket.

The coffee maker was not functioning There was no regular coffee in the room The staff was very unhelpful The door to get out of parking never worked properly while exiting the parking. Overall had a very bad experience and will not recommend it to anyone as there are many other options available nearby

Very nice place!! The staff was very nice and helpful, the food was great, the room was clean.

My stay was comfortable and conveniently located in central to the places I needed to go for business. The fragrance when you walk into the building is magnificent and the ambiance of the lobby and dining is immaculate. I will definitely stay here again.

This was a horrible experience.

There was a new person on staff that gave keys out to people that were already in rooms to new people. My hubby got the keys and we walk into a room that was already occupied. A wonderful woman at the front desk was able to help and accommodate us and fix it right away. While we were in the elevator going back down someone was saying that his parents room was changed 6 times because of the same thing.

Check experience was poor. Front desk staff needs training in hospitality management. However, the restaurant fiid and staff was great. The servers catered the all my needs and were very attentive.

Horrible experience. Booked online to a confirmed room, arrived at hotel near midnight and they had a 1.5 hour wait to check in! Yes, 1.5 hours to check in at midnight. Horrible service and poorly run hotel.
