The pool is out of service, and they don't offer breakfast. The staff isn't even slightly polite. The room has a very strong smell of cigarettes. This was the worst hotel stay of my life.

I booked my room here and when I arrived the front desk lady was very rude with a nasty attitude. Me and my 2 sons were going through hardship they made us wait until 3 in the hot sun it was only 12:00 . Instead of them letting us wait in the lobby she sent the security guard over to harassing us telling us to leave until check in with our things. Then they called the police on us. Please don’t support this type of nonsense they are the rudest people I ever seen.

The location only The bed had hair that wasn’t mines or my friend’s. The door was hard to close. It had to be forced to close and lock as well. The cable on the television stopped working. There were people hanging in the parking lot all night smoking and being noisy.
