Great breakfast, modern and clean. Very friendly staff. Great value.

I had to call down stairs to the staff at 6:00am because of whoever was in 316 over top of my room was running up n down the floor an I woken up ,I feel that my stay was messed up n I left irritated and I spoke with the desk clerk Nicole and told her I was not satisfied with my last day I stayed.

Near stores and restaurants Toilet don’t plush properly, electric went out in the middle of the night it went on like 5 am so no sleep I was hot.

ALSO, THERE WAS AN AWFUL MILDEW SMELL IN HALLWAY AND IN THE ROOM WHICH SMELT REALLY BAD. I HAD TO PURCHASE A SCENTED CANDLE TO EASE THE ODOR. AIR FRESHNER SPRAY COULD NOT HANDLE THE ODOR AT ALL. I SPOKE WITH THE FRONT DESK ATTENDANT REGARDING THE SMELL. SHE APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND ADVISED THAT SHE WOULD MAKE A NOTE OF IT. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS-CAMP CREEK ATL, GA. AGAIN!!!

I love the stay-over that me and my bestie had for her birthday. The room was nice and clean. We had a great view looking out over the water. The breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again soon. Thank you for the great service.

The lady at the front desk when we arrived after midnight was super friendly and nice. She greeted us cordially when we left 3hrs later for an early flight

Rooms were very clean and nice staff

Booked my stay to come visit my friends for a quick getaway. My initial reaction was positive at the front desk with Nicole. Sweet and friendly and accommodating. However, my room was a different story. When I first walked in, there was a strong smell of mildew and the smell of a carpet that was wet but never was completely dry or cleaned. I finally mentioned this issue to staff the next day but nothing was done. I told Warren at the front desk as well but he was only able to offer me points since I booked the Expedia. I went back up to room and noticed black hair on the floor near the chair on the opposite side of my bed. The problem is my hair is blonde. Also there were 2 stains on the floor that weren’t treated. Finally, I noticed that the head board had dirt in the grooves and a few stains which tells me that it never gets cleaned. I’m quite confused because the ratings were high on Expedia but my experience did not match this. Finally upon check out I mentioned these issues again and I was told that the general manager would contact me. It’s almost Thursday and that has not happened. I’m very disappointed and I don’t plan to return. My health is compromised due to preexisting conditions and I can’t afford to be in a moldy room with dirty floors. Unacceptable. Honorable mention: the lady from Jamaica who works the breakfast was very helpful and accommodating.

Staff was great, breakfast was okay, room had a musty smell, towels were hard (not soft). Phone was across the room, USB ports did not work on night stand. Hand soap and body wash needed to be replaced. I've stayed at other Holiday INN's never experienced any of this before.

This is a nice property in a great location and walking distance to the Camp Creek mall. The staff was professional and polite. The ice machine sign on the 2nd floor should be removed since that is no longer true. The machines are only 1, 3, and 4 floors. During out stay the fire alarm and strobe lights went off 2x, which was very scary. As my mom and I was walking toward the stairway, we heard the desk rep tell another person it was a false alarm and the fire department was on its way. This hotel is my first option when I come back to ATL to visit family and we stayed down the street for 2 years at Princeton Lakes property.

Our room had a must smell. We bought some glade and it was fine after that.

A/C unit was very noisy and we did not sleep well due to the noise from the A/C

The location was good and there was plenty of parking, the lake out the back was nice. The hotel is very dated, decor needs updating, TV wasn't smart and couldn't connect to anything. No water for drinking in room or a kettle. No ice on the floor we stayed. Took a large amount off my credit card and only refunded days after we left. Breakfast was terrible, really bland, tasteless food.
