Four Points by Sheraton Atlanta Airport West

needs a better check in platform. explaining what they offer. During my stay i was embarrassed twice with a staff. When you don’t know based off your experience at other places, you don’t know. The job can be done better.

Rooms were clean staff was very nice and professional when I got there to check in it was done in a timely manner

The staff was great but the room smelled moldy did not have a good experience with the room. Will not be booking that location in the future.

Staff gave me a room & the door didn’t lock. They switched my room and my second room there was dry blood on the covers. Counters wasn’t cleaned or anything.

Quick stay due to a delay but I found everything very clean, modern, and efficient! Great and friendly staff

Clean rooms and the most helpful staff. A good option for overnight airport stay in Atlanta though a bit longer drive to airport. The shuttle was fine but overfull

The property was very clean and staff was super nice and helpful Location was in an odd spot but it wasn’t far from anything.

Upon arrival I was greeted by front desk very helpful. I was very early and was able to check in early. Clean room. AC was on. Room had a lot of space. The bar, staff and the breakfast were great. Everyone was friendly. I will come back.

Parking was terrible due to the people using the vicinity for airport parking.

The staff was beyond welcoming and kind. Such a pleasure interacting with them each day!

It was a nice place small rooms and very tiny bathroom but it was good the breakfast was delicious
