The location The rooms weren’t that cleaned and smelled like urine. Breakfast food was cold and not good I also found dog hair in the rooms

Although i had breakfast vouchers,the breakfast should have been FREE! abit more of a selection!

Better good stay for the price

Excellence all around! Thank you for a wonderful stay before, after and during my Carver High 50th Reunion held onsite! We had an amazing time!

Room was clean; staff were helpful and friendly; breakfast was good. The drink prices was unexpectedly high...really enjoyed my stay. Oh by the way we were there in celebration of our 50th High School Reunion Class of 76.

The website indicated that a guest had to check in before midnight, which was surprising. Because our flight into ATL was delayed, we arrived at the hotel after midnight; however, luckily there was someone at the desk and we were able to check in and didn’t have to find other accommodation.

It was convenient for me while I was traveling and easy to find. Didn't like that I had to walk to the front of the building to use the elevator when I was taking my luggage up from my car which I had to park in the back

This hotel stay was one of the worst experiences i have had in 30 years of traveling for work. I needed a hamdicap parking spot but wasnt able to get one because the hotel van/shuttle was parked in the only one available next to the entrance. The young lady who checked me in was rude and did not care about any concerns I had. I was charged an extra 100 dollars even though I booked and paid through a third party. I had to stuggle through a dark parking lot with my luggage pulling it over a large curb and grass to get to the closest door which included going up steps. My room was dirty. The desk had things on it, the bathtub was dirty. I should have charged them a cleaning fee because I had to clean the room before I could rest. Thankfully I had some disinfectant wipes with me. My room did not have an alarm clock and the plugs in the room were as if someome had put glue in them.they wouldnt take my phone charger (which is a standard one). Then checking out I had to go through the same ordeal as the night before to get back to my car. I pulled in front of the hotel as did other cars to go in and check out. As I was going in a hotel employee yelled at me to move my car. He didnt say amything to the other cars in front of me or behind me. I admit I ignored him went in and checked out of my room. I have never been treated so poorly. The only reason I stsyed was because I booked online (non-refundable) and it was late and I had an early flight. Take my advice and NEVER stay there.

Will only clean rooms every other day No room service Staff didn’t provide vouchers upon checking in. Vouchers are for school kids, not adults Parking lot full of cars for people that aren’t staying at hotel Carpet stained with red nail polish Desks are old and scratched up Elevator did not work the entire weekend Check-in time approximately 20-30 mins at from desk. Lack of staff at peck time Broken ironing board Overall this hotel is not up shearton standards.

It's an airport hotel. So no much expectation should go into your visit. However: the AC does not cool very well, and the smell in the room is not very nice. The staff is OK.

This wasn't first stay so when I walked in and the wait to check in was about 45 minutes. There was only one clerk working on a Friday! This is unacceptable. The parking please don't get me started HORRIBLE! What happened to customer service. I will never book at this location again.
