Breakfast was very good with steady replenishment of fruits and condiments. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Parking was convenient. Location was also convenient.

Clean place to sleep and go to work with no hassle

It was in a great location also. It was a very clean facility. I really appreciated this staff besides the first shift customer service rep. She was very nasty. Totally had an attitude. She worked the shift of 7:00 to 3:00. She was very nasty but all the rest of the are customer service representatives were amazing. The 3 this 11 and 11 is 7:00. They were amazing but that 723 no, she needs some more training on being a customer service and learn how to not bring in whatever she's had going on personally maybe to her job because that can give a ugly look to your company I didn't like the first shift customer representative she was very nasty, but I can sense that she had something maybe personally going on, but what I know is that we have to be able to separate our personal life to our business life, so that it doesn't give a negative impact on the business. I just feel like maybe she can use some extra training

Easy to get to Nothing

You have to stay there 4 or more days for them to clean your room. I was there for two. Overall the hotel was ok.

It was a lovely touch to walk into our room and see our name displayed on the TV screen welcoming us. The room was spotless, the bathroom was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Shortly after arrival, I also received a message on my phone asking if everything was going well with our stay, which was another detail I really appreciated. The breakfast was varied and very good. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay and would not hesitate to return. The elevator was a bit slow, but this did not affect our overall impression.

The overall stay was great. I must say I am not a fan of the $10.00 a night for parking, but overall, it was still a great stay.

Very nice

The staff was amazing especially Cree and Grace. They always greeted us with warm welcomes and smiles. There was a mix up with my room, but Cree fixed it for me. I was so elated about that. Breakfast was okay, but I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for parking and the pool was closed.

Everything was good checking they gave me a room on the first floor so I asked if I could get room 403. She looked and gave me that room.
