It was cool

I was not a fan of this hotel. Another company charges $10 to park, the pool was not cleaned nor towels maintained, ice machine had not been cleaned or inspected since December of 2025 and it did not work. I was not impressed and if I could get a refund I would. The best part of the stay was the front desk attendant.

Location- close to airport, plenty of food places nearby, within driving distance to common tourist attractions A bit dated, but is currently under construction. SOME common areas not well kept- gym area did not have cleaning wipes or water( but had sweat towels) pool area and outdoor seating was covered in brush and tree fall, was obvious it was not tended to daily if even weekly

I realize the hotel is under renovation, but the Fitness Room either needs to be cleaned regularly or provide the Gym Wipes so guests can clean their own machine before and after use.

Bathroom was not clean

It was close to the church we were going to for resurrection Sunday and the staff was pretty nice. The floor we were on smelt like cigarettes, the shower door wouldn’t stay shut, there were spots on the blankets, and they charged us for parking although booking.com says parking is free.

The property is being renovated. The staff was very helpful, and the pool and outdoor lounge area should be very nice in the summer.

The cleanliness was good and the scenery

Shower took forever to heat up. My room phone was broken so I had to call front desk with my cell. The staff was kind but each time I went to them, I had to wait a couple of minutes for them to appear. No bell to call them either. It seems the staffs family just hangs out in the lobby as well. The room was alright. Not the worst but not the best. I'd give it a 2.5/5.

Expedia said hot tub nope not one! Said pool doesnt say seasonal! Pool was closed. Said sleeps 5 adults wasnt had 2 beds for the 4. Never said 5th adult had to sleep in a office chair. Soooo Not the hotels fault but hotel didnt have rollaway bed eitherim disappointed in Expedia will not trust with our company trips again

Very clean and close to interstate. Several local restaurants. I don’t have anything bad to say.

The location is everything. Close to several restaurants, fast food, shopping and entertainment. Nice clean rooms. No microwave in room. Need more closet space.

Due to being really sick I had the DO NOT DISTURB on. Well lot of good that did. The maid knocked twice and the front desk 3 times. They are doing work in the hotel that sounded like the building was coming down starting at 830 am and ending after 6pm. No buffet breakfast at all, that was a first in the last 37 hotels in 5 months. Let’s not even get into the the front desk guy with huge hair just being extremely rude, incredible. Oh the remote takes three pushes to work once and you need to be perfectly position for it to change the channel.

Because of remodeling, had to run the shower for at least 10 minutes for lukewarm water. No breakfast. Way overpriced for what was provided.
