Reviews

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
-
The hotel and the front desk service were excellent; there is no extra charge for parking, and breakfast is included—it's complimentary. Highly recommended.
-
Right off freeway. Easy access to different parts of town.
-
The mold in the bathroom, no shower gel, the fact that the room was not cleaned made it very unique!
-
Small details like the coffee pot not working, sink not draining would be attended to as soon as reported. The maintenance staff was very competent, multinational so some misunderstanding of English occurs but they’re pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ok and plentiful but missing fresh fruit and orange juice. Loved the handicap bathtub.

We stayed on the way to Florida. We WON'T BE ON THE RETURN TRIP. Front door was locked. Bad neighborhood? Desk clerk was not friendly. I had to go back out and get my license number for him. Bad area? We booked a room for 3 traveling with a teenager. He refused to give us 3 room keys. I even told him my daughter works out a lot. He wouldn't give us a card for her? The pillows were HARD. Neck pain in the morning after a night of restless sleep. On the second floor and people above us were doing something that sounded like running sprints back and forth. BOOM, BOOM, BOOM BOOM!.... BOOM, BOOM, BOOM, BOOM... REPEAT....

While assisting me with the check-in, the staff member was continuously sending personal text messages instead of focusing on the customer.

Raj was just absolutely dope!
-
Bad smell across the corridors

We were given a dirty room, with used towels everywhere, a clogged toilet and women’s clothing still in the room. I’m not sure if the room was still occupied by other people or if it just wasn’t cleaned properly but I won’t be returning. The breakfast was also terrible
-
I’ve stayed here multiple times and my room and the property are always clean. Staff is also very nice every time.
-
Muy satisfactoria estadia, personal muy amable.

I reported these issues to the hotel, and while the manager came to inspect the room and said housekeeping and maintenance would address them, the experience had already been disappointing. Unfortunately, I was unable to leave because I had already checked in and did not have the resources to book another hotel on such short notice. I expected a clean, safe, and well-maintained room, but that was not my experience. Based on my stay, I cannot recommend this location and hope management takes stronger steps to improve the condition of its rooms and the overall guest experience.

Room was missing a top lock. Paid for late checkout but still was woken up twice at 10 am and at 11am asking us to checkout. Apparently they don’t communicate which guests have late checkouts. Ridiculous
-
the stay was ok but I do have an issue staying in a hotel that doesn't turn on parking lot lights. It was so dark outside that I parked straight across from the front door and couldn't see my truck when I got ready to leave.
