The hotel is very old and looks it. The elevators and hallway smelled strongly of mildew and weed the entire trip. The furniture and fixtures in the room were very outdated. The bathrooms are very outdated. Plenty of free parking and a great free breakfast were the only thing to redeem this stay. I'm glad I wasn't with my family for this trip, I would not have felt safe with children here.

The stay was perfect. Clean room and amenities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The price for the stay was more than worth it!

Insects and general filth.
-
They had mites in the bed and never cared to take a look despite complaining. Also, their breakfast was bad, please don’t stay here.
-
No grassy area close to hotel. Had to walk to end the parking lot. Also, we were there from Friday night through Sunday morning, and the elevator never got swept or mopped. On a good note the breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly, but often times there was no one at the front desk as they were outside smoking.

Wouldn’t recommend if you like nice things. Not worth the price.

CLEANER ROOMS

Internet service was okay. Didn't use the gym.
-
Room was clean and staff was very nice. The AC was broken and we were there in the summer so it was an uncomfortable night but other than that it was a good place for a last minute stay.

No complaints

Great
-
Dirty towel covered in hair and left draped over the shower curtain. Bathroom door handle falling off. Front desk clerk wouldn’t stop her conversation with her friend, leaving us to basically answer our own questions. Beds were hard, wifi was slow.
-
As others have stated this property was previously a doubletree. The old sign hangs with shredded tarp hanging off of it as a first impression upon arrival. The lobby and elevators look worn and there was always dirt and debris on the elevator floors that never got cleaned. My TV didn’t work the cable jack was torn up. One night we had no hot water all evening. Again well priced but there are many others that probably don’t have these issues for the same $$$

Clean room nice and helpful staff.

Breakfast was limited, and did not seem to be fresh. Overall, hotel room was great
-
Hotel was somewhat on the sketchy side and seemed to be in a not so safe part of town. When entering the hotel, the music from the bar was extremely loud, to the point I couldn't hear the receptionist. While checking in, it appeared to have homeless folks wandering near the front door.

The pool was closed

Well… the price was cheap, that was nice. Staff was very kind. The road noise in the room (8th floor) was VERY loud. No hot water in the shower. Other than that is was ok
-
it was super clean, and the service was amazing.
