Great service

Clean room and easy check in

I didn’t even spend 10 minutes in the room before I checked out.

Room was very clean but the a/c took a while to cool the room down but besides that it was a great place for an overnight stay.

Clean easy access friendly staff

The girl at check-in was so rude. The door was locked, no notes. Finally found a window and stood there forever before she finished on her cell. Acted like I was ruining her evening making her check me in. Get to the room, so so hot. Realized the next day it's because they prop the doors open for hours as they clean letting all the ac out. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were either broke or empty. Hair dryer broke. Yellow jacket nest on the ceiling of the walkway outside of room. Had a little piece of paper I had to keep up with and put on my dash to park. So annoying. Just stay away. This place is awful.

Great staff

Dried feces was on the walls in the bathroom. The toilet was wobbly with a cigarette burns in the seat. Long black hair was on the back of the door. The room obviously had been smoked in. Rust and decay was all around the room. The furniture was crumbling. The lamp over the bed did not work. The front desk called and woke me up because I left a 3 out of 5 review with the text from Red Room Inn. The call and text were early. The room stunk.The room had a very strong odor, of bleach, mildew and smoke.. They took 2 $100 dollar deposits. I only agreed to one. I left the room and when I came back the A/C was turn off, on a 100+ degree day. My key stopped working. The manager did not acknowledge me when I needed a key made. The stag was friendly but lacking. This hotel is a health hazard. It should be removed from your site. There were people milling around all times of the night. My biggest problem was with the room not the staff. They a running a sinking ship.

Old property

The shower head also leaked and spewed water back into the wall. I was in room 120 incase the team wants to review the condition of that room. Hotels.com also over booked so I was not given the room type I wanted

Bed bugs

If you need a quick place to stay overnight with little consideration for cleanliness or the random guy outside the room asking to get your key so he can hang out in your room until check out time.......this is the place for you!

Disappointing

The staff was helpful The rooms were covered in stains and blemishes, it reeked of cleaning product in a way that made my skin feel itchy, there was little bits of detritus left around the bathroom. It wasn't a good fit for our needs

The bed was clean and comfortable The TV keep glitching and hot water never got super hot

Exceptional

There were roaches in my room and the front desk says they don’t have roaches. Somebody tried to get into my room at midnight and staring into my window, the bathtub had been painted and was chipping. There was no caulking around the bathtub, which is where the roaches were coming in and out, and the manager refuses to respond to correspondence requesting a partial refund. Oh and no soap
