We got there Thursday the elevator broke and didn't get fixed until Saturday.

Nothing I booked a room, I have clear receipts that I booked a room. I left for a meeting and when I returned they sold my room to a random man with a different name. Now I can’t get in my room and they won’t accommodate me with another. Ridiculous service 0 stars

Nothing The smell of mold or pee through out the hotel and especially the room it was giving me headaches almost everyday. the only elevator out of service, loud music being played at 3am right by my window. Screaming in the halls. Ended up checking out early cause we could not take anymore. Cigarette burns in sheets (I do not smoke). Breakfast terrible. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock properly . They ask for a deposit as if they were a fancy resort. NEVER EVER will I stay here again. Worst experience ever.

Location was perfect. Very close to Emory University Hospital. The bed isn't the best & the toilets are easily stopped up on all floors.

Good location Doors and keycards don’t work requiring daily re keying, and non comprehensive breakfast.

The beds are very hard, pillows are very thin. Walls and floors are super thin, you can hear anything and everything that is happening around you, from people walking on the hallway to those on the floor above you. It’s terrible. Also, there is quite a lot happening at all hours of the night. When I called at 12:30am because I couldn’t sleep due to everthing happening outside my room, the front desk said “bars in the area close at 2am so things will die down after that”. Needless to say, it was a sleepless night! Water pressure in the shower is minimal. To end this on a good note, the coffee is delicious.
