The room and the hotel itself was really clean and hotel staff very welcoming. Nice location as well, there's shopping and restaurants walking distance.

The room was clean, but they had to switch out my refrigerator as the freezer wasn’t working properly. This property is a bit worn, but the staff were so helpful, friendly, and very nice. I was there for almost a month waiting to get into my apartment.

Room was never cleaned the three nights we were there. Complained to front desk multiple times and nothing was done. We were told that our room was not on the list to be cleaned even when I asked them to have someone come and clean the room. I got an email from the hotel this morning stating that since this was an extended stay hotel they didn't come clean our room unless asked. Well if I complained to the front desk twice about the need to have the room cleaned m, wouldn't that be considered asking for the room to be cleaned?!! The second time I asked I was that they would contact the cleaning department supervisor and get someone to come and clean our room. After 45 minutes and no showed up I told the front desk that no has shown up. I was told that the cleaning staff went home for the day. Who in the world thinks that paying for a hotel room that you would not like to have your room cleaned?!!!

Room was cleaner and bigger than I thought. Staff was great at check in and check out. Breakfast was a great, waffles were perfect and the juice/coffee options were great. Perfect location too. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Atlanta.

I will say that Housekeeping was good and it was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was as expected for a hotel buffet.

The room was disgusting! You had to keep your shoes on as the carpet was filthy. There were roaches under the kitchen sink. The iron poured out water as you were trying to iron. The hot tub was out due to a prior guests breaking glass in there. There were no towels available in the pool area. The staff was not friendly or helpful. Definitely would not recommend staying at this hotel!!

The suite we had 2 full bathrooms. The breakfast each day was nice. The staff overall was pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. In the second unit the toilet had a problem on the second day I had to make 3 calls to get it corrected. It was fixed the next day later in the afternoon. The television in the living room remote wasn’t working properly.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was located near the highway and not to far from downtown.

Everything was fine for the price. Plenty of lighting at night, plenty of parking. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Good breakfast. Free parking. Good location with fairly close distance to MARTA station. Nice little welcome bag with drink, cookies, and chips for the kids. Pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Location and it was ok. No hoy water and a bug on one of the bed’s pillow.
