Excellent property and fantastic penthouse !

Our room was okay but one of the bathroom lights were out. Maintenace should be better unkept of all rooms. Also I sent my nephew to the office to get us more towels and the front desk clerk was a bit rude making them come back to the room saying “he can’t verify if they’re with us or not, and my boyfriend had to literally walk all the way to the office to get the towels.” I’ve never had a problem with hotel staff giving towels and rags to someone else besides the traveler .

The morning and evening was great

Did not have a great stay but it looks like they’re shutting down so that location will no longer be available.

Clean room and great staff
-
The stay here was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was the pool wasn’t able to be used, but the gym was available 24/7. I would definitely stay here again in my next visit to Atlanta!

My only complaint would be that there isn’t enough parking for guests.

Some of the AC vents had spider webs, coming out of them. None of them matched & we’re all make shift. The bathroom was super small. You also had to move around to close the door, it almost hit the toilet to close it. The shower head would pop, out of the wall, if it got adjusted. The shower curtain would constantly slide all over the place, it was nasty. Place was old, outdated, & nothing like a Marriott at all. It reminded me of a Motel 6, I stayed at in 1992. That was the worst place I ever stayed at, this Marriott, this was a close 2nd. The kitchen was pretty good actually. It was remodeled, & looked pretty good. The wall outlets looked like they were from late 80’s early 90’s. Nothing would stay in them. The room key had to be changed 4 times, we stayed for 3 nights. It constantly would not work. It was a well known problem apparently. The ceiling looked like storm damage was covered up by spraying popcorn ceiling on it. The staff at the front desk were all extremely friendly, & all nice. If Marriott continues to use this place level it & rebuild it. Long overdue.

The hotel was very nice the apartment style room full kitchen the pool was nice, but there was a beehive under one of the pool tables so that was concerning however, everything else is OK

We had to stay close to Emory Hospital for almost four weeks. It worked perfectly for what we needed. The den and bedroom combination was small, but we made it work. The bathroom was huge. The cleaners kept us well supplied with clean towels and picked the trash up often.
