Great place

Waited 50 min for 2 coffees and 2 waters to come to the room. When we called we were told rudely that we need to call the restaurant ourselves, front desk not willing to help. I had to get out of bed, and all down to the restaurant who clearly had no idea what was as going on, while I was downstairs trying to see where our coffee were, they were delivered to the room. Front desk lady was rude, hostile and not willing to assist us at all. Terrible experience and will never be back.

Really nice hotel, with good amenities. Our room was really a good size and comfy. Loved the drinks vouchers which we used to get cocktails at the roof top bar

A clear 10/10 experience. I like to pay a little more and get a very well rewarding stay - and this time didn't fail. Clean room, nice bed, bar nice.

Fantastic all around! From the complimentary coffee bar in the morning to cold brew in the afternoons and wine in the sunroom in the evenings…wonderful atmosphere!

Staff was friendly and the hotel had everything you need

This is a lovely property nestled not far from the Buckhead Triangle. We only stayed one night, but the staff was amazing! We were there to attend an event at Chastain Park. It was conveniently located, and we were able to get back to the hotel quickly. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed my stay! Check in was fast and easy, loved the hotel restaurant and bar. The room was well appointed and there were nice areas both inside and out. The location was also convenient. My only complaint is that there was not coffee in the room, they do provide in the lobby but I would prefer to not have to leave the room to get coffee in hte morning.

Overall our stay was good though the hotel failed to leave the preordered truffles and champagne in our room. Sadly, we were really looking forward to the amenity to kick off our holiday getaway. Otherwise, the location and property is well appointed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & will be back again! When I first arrived I had to move rooms due to a smell in the room. The staff was immediately accommodating & very kind! The location was very convenient and walkable for some spots as well. We have friends in the area and I look forward to visiting them & staying here again.

The front desk staff was friendly, the aesthetic is typical of Kimpton and they serve great coffee in the lobby. The 1st two are table stakes- the 3rd is often overlooked! I appreciate an La Colombe upgrade over the typical brown water sludge. My travel companion was surprised with a cockroach in her room and the $55+ nightly parking felt egregious. Also, while not specifically related to the property- Buckhead has drifted far from being the "Beverly Hills of Atlanta" that it was 15+ years ago. I'd likely stay in a different part of town next visit

Room very comfortable, nice mattress and bed linens. Nice details, including a yoga mat we found in the closet. Staff attentive and easy check in process and greet you with a beverage. Coffee in the lobby in the morning and very nice restaurant offering an excellent breakfast. T We were disappointed at the cost of parking!! $55.00 for overnight parking and only option was valet. While we understand this is Atlanta this is too high! I would rather pay a little more for the room and incorporate the cost of parking than have another charge, especially one this high. We won't be staying there again given the parking cost. Otherwise we would of highly recommended this hotel.

I didn’t eat breakfast. However the complimentary fruit water and cold tea were delicious. The valet attendants were very friendly and accommodating.

The check-in process, however, felt a bit different this time. The front desk associate was not rude, but she came across as somewhat dry and did not provide much information upon arrival. There was no explanation regarding how the prepaid breakfast worked, and I was not given the breakfast vouchers at check-in. The following morning, during breakfast, I had to leave the restaurant and go back to the lobby to ask for them. And There was also no disclosure about the valet parking cost, which ended up being $55 per day. On a positive note, the valet staff were extremely helpful, respectful, and welcoming throughout the stay. Lastly, I did not receive any discount, upgrade, or VIP recognition despite being a Hotels.com Gold member, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the stay itself was comfortable, but the guest experience and communication at check-in could definitely be improved.
