Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Buckhead Place

The $400 unexpected deposit on a trip. My white coca cola shirt came up missing after the cleaning staff came in to clean up our room. The $28 parking fee per day. I never paid for parking while staying at a hotel and I thought that was ridiculous.

Staff were very nice and professional. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable and relaxing!

The staff was excellent. Very professional and caring. Austin was the gentleman that checked me in. I did not get the young lady's name that checked me out. Both were so sweet and helpful.

Peaceful hotel. I wasn't disturbed during my stay. Would recommend.

The pool was small, and outside was not like the picture room was not clean had to go and get lysol and clean the room

The property was nice and conveniently located. Staff was friendly at check in just not very knowledgeable on where to park. The front desk attendant told us where we needed to park however the directions were just not clear. So that was quite frustrating. Due to this, I had another guest blowing their horning behind me and then attempting to be confrontational in the parking garage. Once we got back inside to give the vehicle information for parking that went smoothly but I asked about the pool and she said it was closed. This was due to a rainstorm that was had in the area and the pool had not gotten a chance to be cleaned. This was very upsetting because I was on a mini relaxation trip and I was looking forward to using the pool. At checkout we learned that we should have never been told that and the pool should have been cleaned. So then I was even more discouraged. I would love to return to this property but with that experience I am very weary about doing so.

clean room, amazing staff, an ok continental breakfast, pool is clean but not much to speak of. The fire pit and pool look WAY. better in the pictures. It's all crowded up together. Great location but be aware of all the FEES. There is City tax, State tax, motel fee, parking fee..charged EVERYDAY separately. The hotel also is very safe as you can not the elevator to even work without your keycard. Overall it was good.

Great property and only 6 miles north of downtown, made it easy to get to the World Cup activities.

Room smell like mildew because of the cabinets that hold the refrigerator. I thought it was the refrigerator but they switched it and still smelled. The cabinets was also breaking apart on the floor. All the food and drink smelled like mildew that I put in refrigerator. When I arrived I was told I would have to pay $400 extra for accidentals, but after I asked why they changed it to $200. I was told it wasn’t much they could do because I booked through third party. Overall my stay was a 3/5

Front desk is extremely rude. I was charged double for parking.!!! When I called the front desk she wouldn’t tell me her name!!! Everyone needs to be retrained and customer service!!! I won’t be back. Also clean up the sidewalk where they’re throw up.!!
