What hotel chain is still using the Pandemic not to clean the room every day?!?!?? Ridiculous. There were little bugs crawling around in the bathroom and in the room, not sure what they were. There was one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when I checked in on Sunday - not a new roll, either. I stayed 5 nights and never got a new roll of toilet paper! Unbelievable.

I was so happy to have stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites. This was my second straight stay while on busy in Atlanta. I'm also looking forward to my next stay here in Atlanta. This has become my goto residence while in Atlanta, and I couldn't have found a better location as it is in a comfortable distance to all my desired attractions such as dining, entertainment, and sporting events.

The breakfast was good and the area was clean. My complaint with the hotel was being charged for parking. I was charged 2875 a night and I stayed for three nights. Also check-in was at 4 o’clock, but our plane got in at 9:30 and my son was not feeling well and after we ate some breakfast we went to the hotel around 1 o’clock to see if we could check in early and they said that they would probably have a room ready in a half an hour so we waited and I went back in and they said that it wasn’t ready yet to come back and I went back a second time and was told that could not check in till four. If I had known that we could’ve went to a movie or something instead of just sitting in the car waiting to check in.

Love this hotel. Centrally located fit my business events and meetings.
-
Room is clean and staff very welcoming, however, room cleaning is ONLY every other day , the pool is tiny and the free breakfast is very small.
-
Great location and hotel - I could walk everywhere…

My wife made my reservation for a king bed room. While in route, I encountered a lot of construction traffic so I called directly to the property to let them know that I was indeed coming, but I would be late. I arrived at approximately 1am. The room I received (room 729) was a double queen room that was only partially cleaned, had no toilet paper and a broken bathroom door.

Clean hotel rooms and nice staff. Bathtub extremely slippery and safety bar on wrong side. I ended up slipping. The pool is extremely small! Ive never seen a hotel pool that small before.
-
It was fine. Room just older but clean.
-
Breakfast could be better. Parking validation should be easier. But overall experience was ok.

Everything was great.

Great location in Atlanta to get enjoy everything. Hotel was perfect, staff was great, breakfast was good.
-
The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping, coffee shops, a gym, and Publix, all within a 5-7 minute walk.
-
Front office staff Taylor is the best, very polite and supportive, kudos to Taylor for his support.
-
Staff were very friendly. Parking is limited. It is the most dated Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Room seemed clean but there were sewer flies in the tub and the shower curtain was dirty. Breakfast wasn’t that good. Pretty sure there was a prostitute talking to a guy outside when I pulled up that night.

The room needed some repairs and updating. The breakfast was terrible.

Beautiful property, but watch out. They say there is parking but they charge you $60 plus per night (!!) to park in the overflow lot.
