Overall it's was a good place to stay. Location was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel however needs major overhaul. Carpets smell musty, furniture is worn and shabby. Things were clean but the wear and tear is obvious.

The front desk staff was very helpful, courteous and attentive at all times!

Nice room and awesome breakfast

Great location, clean, comfortable room. Helpful front desk staff, wonderful breakfast. We will definitely book a stay here anytime we are in Atlanta.

Upon our arrival, the rooms were not quite ready, but we were able to wait in the lobby out of the heat. The staff was very nice, helpful, and apologetic about the rooms not being ready at the check-in time indicated. The rooms were clean, but on the second day, there was a smell that seemed to come from the bathroom vent from another floor that smelled of rotten eggs. The mattresses on the bed were very hard and I woke up with a crick in my neck on day two of sleeping on the bed. My nephew complained that his back hurt and I am sure that the mattress was to blame. The food at breakfast was ok, but I wish that they had some non-pork options for meat. My biggest issue was parking in their deck, which was an extremely tight and we even scraped the side of our vehicle coming in because of how tight it is. I would NOT recommend that anyone park down there, even though it is convenient to the hotel. It also appeared that they adjusted the air temperature overnight, as we all woke up hot and sweaty. We had adjoining rooms and they accommodated us with the rooms and both rooms complained of the temperature change overnight. The swimming pool is extremely small, almost looks like a large hot tub versus a swimming pool. There is shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and the paid parking fee covers the parking in the parking lot of the shopping center where the hotel also sits, which was a plus. There was construction near the hotel during our stay.

Nice and clean hotel with a good staff in a really good area of Atlanta ! I would definitely start there again!

Clean room and good temperature
-
Let's start by being charged $100 per night for incidentals. This was not disclosed when booking. The parking was $28/night and some nights we had to park in overflow parking because the hotel doesn't have enough parking. If you park in overflow make sure you register your license plate. The pool is insanely small!! The gym was decent. The room was clean and as expected. The hotel was in a good location.

Everything else was great and the area around the hotel has a lot to offer.

Our stay was very nice our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We will recommend this place to our friends and family. Breakfast was great. Just walking distance from Publix and other shops. We will stay again in the future.

My experience was awful. I go to the hotel I booked the room from Friday till Sunday. Didn’t make it till Saturday my room was given away that I reserved and paid for with no accusations being given. And was told to contact a manager because there was nothing I could do. Nobody called me to make me aware of anything

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and super comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
-
All good except I had to pay for parking even though I had to park at some other parking lot far from hotel
-
Excellent location close to shopping, restaurant, church...thats all I needed.

Very nice property, breakfast was excellent
-
Beautiful hotel, modern and the mattress was good. A/c humidifier was making noise during the night and we handle to turn it off. Other than that everything was perfect

Staff was great! Breakfast was great! Consider putting irons in each room.
