Clean but more services could be provided

Nice but more services could have been provided, water and tea.

The happy hour and the breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. Whoever cleaned the room did an awful job. There was someone else's hair in the shower, the fridge looked like someone left a fudge cycle in it and it melted. There was a false alarm, but no one let us know we rushed down 9 stories to get out to only find out when we got to the first floor it was a false alarm.

Very good

Exceptional

I booked 4 king size bed rooms months in advance. When we arrived after 4pm to check in only 2 rooms were ready. We had to wait for the other 2 rooms and needed to get ready for a work dinner reservation. They were not helpful and after an hour we were given the 2 rooms with 2 queen beds instead of the kings. The staff was rude and not understanding that we had some place to be.

Staff very nice and helpful

Excellent breakfast, comfortable and spacious room, lobby space well maintained. Will definitely reserve again.

Excelente hotel. Bonito, limpio y el desayuno es buenísimo y tiene buena variedad. Solo 2 cosas no me gustaron. Ninguna de las máquinas de hielo de los más de 12 pisos funcionaban y el estacionamiento es demasiado costoso ($45 por estacionarse uno mismo en un sótano).

A great hotel in a great location. The stay was comfortable and perfect. However, I did not get the same room type that I had paid for, my room was downgraded stating that rooms were unavailable.

La alarma de fuego fue lo malo

I liked the breakfast experience, the location. Helpful friendly staff. Cleanliness of the room, Ruth's Chris steakhouse next door, and so much more reasons to choose this location

Everything was clean and nice. The staff was very helpful z The tv did not work in each room, but they were quick to reimburse for the inconvenience.

My room was infested with cockroaches. I managed to kill two of them before notifying the staff who thankfully immediately moved move to a room on a different floor. The fawcet was not attached and would wobble around. Very odd for an Embassy Suites.

Staff was friendly.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice! The hotel is beautiful and clean. I wish there were umbrellas out by the pool. Both the tvs in our room "glitched" ALOT! I wish there was a coffee shop inside the hotel, and a convenience store inside or at least nearby! This was a very nice place to stay and we will stay again in the future.
