Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead

Was. Nightmare stay and I'm currently trying to get a refund. I booked the presidential suite for my Birthday only to find the room 95* with a broken AC and broken shower couldn't even shower and sticky carpet, leaking roof. STAY far away from room 1603 intact book only below the 10th floor the AC Dosent work past that

Told they did not have a room although I received an email I had checked in 43 minutes earlier. Several others could not get there room. Terrible situation with absolutely no help. Walked two blocks and got a different hotel. Absolutely unacceptable, embarrassing and lots of tension within my family due to Embassy Suites selling my room to someone else before I got there. Other family members had the same issue and had booked through different party. Got 5 hours of sleep before running the Peachtree Road Race. I should get my money bask and some type of compensation. Terrible!!!

We stay at Embassy Suites Buckhead every time we have a trip to Atlanta. It is always clean, staff are helpful and friendly, and it is in a great central location that is walkable to many restaurants, etc.

Stay was ok. Location was good. Parking felt safe and secure. Hotel and area was quiet. First room had some type of bugs in it that ended up being carpet beetles. Second room was ok, no toilet paper once we switched, AC doesn’t get cold enough in my opinion, room felt a little humid/muggy with both rooms having that “smell” associated with humid/muggy rooms. And yes I’m from Louisiana I know what humidity is! Overall stay was ok. Nothing great. But ok. Would not stay again at this particular location.

Good value for money - good location for Marta and Mall. Large clean rooms. Nice breakfast with cook-to-order omelet station. Only fault was that we couldn’t get plates or cutlery to use in the room.

Easy check-in, great location, loved the complimentary breakfast and the nightly guest reception.

The beds where not made on the first day, one bed out of two was made and on the third after calling and complaining to the front desk that both beds where made

I love this place!! The rooms are nice and comfortable with plenty of room. The restaurant was AMAZING!! We also loved the made to order omelet bar for breakfast! Will definitely stay here again!!

Our room wasn’t very clean. There was dirt and hair in all corners of the bathroom and it was very obvious it had been there for quite some time. However, a lot of reviews mentioned bugs and we never seen any. I’m someone who is allergic to bedbugs and has a fear of bringing them home so I searched both beds and the pull out couch thoroughly before brining our items in and there were no signs of any infestations which was a huge plus for me. The inside of the hotel was also abnormally warm and humid inside during our stay. I’m not sure if that had to do with the layout, but I wasn’t expecting that. Overall, the hotel was okay. I can’t say I would return given other options in that price range, but it wasn’t terrible.

I had a very bad experience.

This was our second time staying at this property. Our previous stay was fantastic and this time it was even better. The hotel is within walking distance of two malls and many other stores. This property has become our go to when staying in Atlanta.

Wonderful location, place and staff!

Staff was amazing. The room was clean but had a wet smell. The ice machine on our floor was out of service. The hotel was crowded so breakfast was overwhelming. The location was excellent because it was close to everything.

They over booked and even though I had booked and paid for my room weeks prior , I was lucky to get any room at all. The room I got wasn’t a set up that worked with my family , but at that point we were thankful to have a room at all.
