Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead

My room was very clean & the pool was beautiful. I love the lobby & 24 hour market if you are a late night person. The garden is also very beautiful. Perfect for pictures

Everything was amazing! 10/10 property! The staff is fantastic, especially Joe the driver of the hotel car. He is such a delight!

Immaculate property. Room service food was incredibly delicious with big portions. Pool and pool bar were elite.

Clean, cool and fabulous

Room was clean/ staff was courteous/ did not do breakfast, we slept in/ room not so quiet, I’m a light sleeper, I can hear the a/c unit when it comes on.

Overall, great stay at an affordable price.

I like the breakfast but a little pricey. I liked the waterfall while I'm eating breakfast. I also like that they have a driver to take one anywhere they want to go within av2 mile radius of the Hotel. I did not like the fact that I had to pay $49.00 per day while I stayed in their hotel. I think I'm due a refund for the parking because Expedia didn't tell me I'd have to pay this hotel $49.00 per day as I chose patronize them. Didn't like paying for parking one bit!

I traveled with my family and booked two rooms, spending approximately $1,000 per room, per night. At that price point, I expected a true luxury experience. Unfortunately, the hotel fell far short of what a five-star property should offer. One of the biggest disappointments was paying extra for access to the Club Floor. The lounge offerings were extremely limited, with very few food options throughout the day. Even more frustrating, alcoholic beverages were not included and came with an additional charge. After paying a premium specifically for club access, this felt unreasonable and poor value. The hotel itself also lacks the sense of luxury that you would expect. The lobby is surprisingly small and unremarkable, with none of the atmosphere or elegance typically associated with a Grand Hyatt or a hotel in this price category. The fitness center was another major letdown. It is extremely small, has very limited equipment, and is nowhere near what I would expect from a five-star hotel. If fitness is important during your travels, prepare to be disappointed. The rooms were inconsistent as well. We had to request a room change because our original room did not have a bathtub. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE

The staff at this hotel were incredibly nice and accommodating. We had a small hiccup with our original suite and the air conditioning and Meghan and the front office team quickly resolved it and took amazing care of our family. Problem managed within 10 minutes. Thank you for a wonderful birthday weekend for our son at the hotel as we took him to his first Braves game. You treated us above and beyond!
