The property was very clean. My room was in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking attendant was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The person at the front desk did not pay proper attention to my ID or my reservation. He ended up charging me nearly double the amount I was supposed to pay. When I questioned the charge, he told me it was because he had upgraded my room. However, I never requested an upgrade. I had also specifically asked for the two rooms I booked to be located next to each other. When I pointed out the incorrect charges, he again stated that it was because of the room upgrade and added that if he changed the reservation back to the way it was originally booked online, our rooms would not be on the same floor. As a result, our rooms ended up being on two different floors anyway. I was charged approximately $500 when my reservation total should have been $286.23. The front desk agent assured me that any refunds or adjustments would be returned to my card after checkout. During checkout, I spent nearly an hour at the front desk trying to resolve the issue. The employee assisting me was very helpful, but she was understandably confused about what had happened with my reservation and charges. Overall, the check-in process was disorganized, the charges were incorrect, and the experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
