Hampton Inn Atlanta Buckhead

The staff was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. They were pleasant and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The carpet in the room was dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. The breakfast was terrible and of very poor quality. Overall, I had a very bad experience and would not recommend staying here.

Simple, easy to get to The drawer doors were broken, the staff was sleeping at the desk, the room was not vacuumed, the bathroom door could still open even when locked

We only had one roll of tissue till Saturday and check in Thursday .. we had to go by tissue till Saturday

Clean room, smaller side but efficient. Good breakfast. Some construction outside of the hotel going on but managing it well. Nice easy parking and food close by.

Great location even under construction. Easy in and out Smelt heavily of weed in the lobby to the point that my 15 year old daughter would get headaches. Sheets had blood(?) and hair on them. Front desk was helpful getting new sheets

Friendly and polite people

I checked in and received my key. It did not work. I went back to the front desk and asked for a working key. The front desk attendant offered to send someone with me to make sure I could enter. I replied that I was sure it would work this time. After entering the room and setting down my bags, I stepped into the bathroom. As I came out of the bathroom, my door unlocked and a stranger walked into my room. They obviously had a working key to my room. We both went back to the front desk. I saw this as a MAJOR safety concern. The front desk response was that these things happen. I replied that if they happen very often, that is an even bigger concern. Caveat Emptor - stay at this place at your own risk

There was food in the fridge left when i arrived. And the blankets on bed were a little dirty.

Carpet in rooms were pretty nasty. Probably would reconsider staying there again. Rod at the front desk was cool though!

Good overall

We made reservations in March for our June stay and guess what???? There were no rooms for us because there was no staff to clean the rooms!!!! I will never stay here again or any other Hampton inn. The woman at the desk had such an attitude!!!!She offered no help what so ever!!

Great customer service from Katrina!

Staff and location was good. The hotel itself is not very clean. My 6th floor room was beat up and never seemed to cool down enough to sleep great. Decaf coffee was made wrong, it was transparent like tea in the cup.

This property should invest in new linen or new washing machines. I am not staying there again!
