The staff was very helpful and it was close right in the middle of every where I needed to go

Staff are nice and very helpful , hotel is clean, breakfast is actually good and has varieties. It is not a 5 star experience but it is very good for what it is.

Always my go to hotel to stay at when I visit.

No daily room cleaning, no towel rack, no ice in ice maker, shower curtain is too small and doesn't prevent water from spilling over. bathroom lock does not work, poor customer care.

We love staying at this hotel in Atlanta. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel location is great, with plenty of near by restaurants and shopping.

Excellent stay! Good selection of dinning within walking distance. The staff was very helpful,, room clean and nice and the breakfast was good. The free parking is a great deal as many places were charging $17-$40 to park above and beyond the room cost.

This was my first time staying at the hotel and it was great. Check in was quick and easy. Checking out was even faster. Only one tiny complaint was an elevator being broken and the whole hotel relaying on the one elevator which takes a long time to pick you up. But the proximity it is to a lot of restaurants and other places is good too.

Sin embargo, tuvimos dos problemas importantes. Al llegar, nos informaron que el hotel estaba sobrevendido y nos trasladaron la primera noche al Hampton Inn Atlanta NW Cumberland. Esa propiedad estaba en muy malas condiciones, con problemas de humedad (inclusive alfombras mojadas en los cuartos y olores fuertes a humedad) -no recomiendo a nadie quedarse en ese hotel ni aceptar un traslado a esa propiedad-. Además, no se nos otorgó el reembolso de la diferencia en el precio de esa noche ni ninguna otra compensación, lo cual hace peor la situación. A partir del segundo día pudimos hospedarnos en el Hampton Inn Atlanta Buckhead, como estaba previsto. No obstante, también tuvimos varios inconvenientes con unos paquetes de Amazon que habíamos enviado al hotel. El personal de recepción parecía no tener un sistema organizado para registrar y localizar los paquetes recibidos, lo que nos causó bastantes molestias. Sugiero que si van a mandar paquetes de Amazon, tengan mucho cuidado. La ubicación y la limpieza de las habitaciones fueron aspectos positivos, pero la gestión de la sobreventa y la falta de organización en recepción afectaron considerablemente nuestra experiencia.

Usually, I’m not the one to write reviews. But this stay at this hotel was awful. The room was decent to say the least. The bathroom, was too small. The shower drapes didn’t prevent the water from falling on the ground. Stains in the tub. A weird stench inside of the halls. To make a long story short I will never return back to this hotel.
