Good service. Clean environment.

Breakfast was good; however, the room smelled a bit. Also, I did not like how we had to pay for parking which was $30 a night!

It was really nice. I will definitely recommend my friends. But overall it was a great location and right next to a shopping mall which was a plus.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only bad side was the breakfast was not very good. Eggs were powered.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Too many persons smoking at the drop-off area and persons blocking the drop-off area with their vehicles. Temporary parking is definitely needed near the drop-off area.

Disappointing

Staff was nice Room was dirty and had syrup all over the carpet in the room from previous guests that was never cleaned and tracked all over the room.

Es la 3ra vez que me hospedo ahí, todo bien siempre, limpieza, atención, es céntrico y encuentro todo lo que ocupo al rededor, solo esta última vez creo que al personal de limpieza olvidó el baño, estaba limpio pero la taza no tenía el papel atravesado que indica que se lavo, faltaban toallas de baño y no había nada de shampoo para el cuerpo, no nos gusta molestar al personal pero tuvimos que hablarles por el faltante.

In general, the hotel seemed to need a major refresh as it appears " tired". The breakfast was great! Much more abundant than roadside motels .

Superb

The hand washing sink was very slow draining. I took this up to a higher level. They say there’s nothing they can do because I “didn’t complain or ask for another room. I did talk to the person at the desk and he said there was nothing they could do about it and he offered to refund the parking fee, which he never did. I highly recommend that you do not stay at Springhill by Marriott. I am posting pictures. Unfortunately I’m only allowed to post eight of them.

Las instalaciones son viejas y descuidadas los muebles están sucios, no tiene estacionamiento pero está en buena ubicación, por el precio es aceptable.
