SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead

The room was great. No restaurant, there were about 40 people in line for your free breakfast, I couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Had to drink the garbage in the room. The parking fee is ridiculous. My TV wasn't working when I checked in. It took an hour to get it fixed. You need a larger front desk to allow for at least one more staff member for heavy check-in times. Many guests' rooms weren't ready at 3:00. Had to wait in a long line. The property has a lot of potential, but it's not quite right.

Inside was ok. Outside near the door cigarette buts and not so clean. after 3 days of staying I requested to clean my room and was not done !!!

The building of the hotel does not have good air quality . I believe it may be mold in the walls or something causing a very peculiar smell. I believe this should be looked into immediately . Mind you I don’t have any breathing issues . Outside of that the breakfast is okay and the staff will assist the best I can . The property manager just needs to do their job.

The staff was good Front desk was excellent. It was my anniversary got to the room. The room was dirty and had a Mody smell to it. She gave me another room. The room was the same way and dirty my wife wasn’t happy so we end up checking out

A nice atmosphere. Clean. Having to pay extra for parking in the hotel's garage. Also hidden fees that i didnt anticipate. An accidental fee of $50 per day that wont be returned for 5-7 business days after check out.

Convenient location for a really good price We stay only 1 night, everything was good

I love the cleanliness of the hotel the breakfast buffet was a little disappointing no butter food under cooked the garage door was broken staff wasn't available to let you in had to go back to the front desk to notify the staff which he was aware but wasn't available to open the gate other than that the stay was excellent

The bed was suppose to have been a king; to my standard more like a queen. No sheets or blanket for the pull out bed. The refrigerator was on rolling dolly which was unstable opening the door on the refrigerator would cause it to slip on the dolly to the point of slipping off on toes if you were not careful . Just one waste basket in the bathroom, none for the kitchen area, no where to place trash. Just felt like the room was thrown together, didn't have the Spring Hill feel.

I was charged for parking although I didn’t have a car during my stay, it has been over three weeks and everytime I call to get it refunded they keep acting surprised that I was charged for parking.
