The staff at the desk was nice though. But the rest was a no.

Perfect location for walking to anything you wanted. Staff was top notch. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area to help you find anything from a grocery store to just going to eat something. Always welcoming after returning from where ever you went.

I liked the since of security because you had to have a room key to park and leave. Hotel too close to road. It was very noisy at times and hard to sleep due to traffic noises. Bathroom had old towels hanging behind bathroom door, dust left on base of toilet didn’t look like it was cleaned.

Smoke smell

Great & friendly staff, Keith was amazing and helpful in finding places around the city as well as the pregnant woman. (I can't remember her name) They had big smiles everytime we walked through the lobby. 10/10 Staff Had to pay for parking, that's ridiculous. That definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, I wouldn't book at this location again specifically because of that. It was never mentioned in the booking process, I wasn't told anything UNTIL I got to the front desk.

The breakfast was great. I did not like that pets are allowed to stay at the facility. It wasn't mentioned when I booked your hotel. Are the pets limited to a certain floor in the hotel? I hate I was in a room that pets could have stayed. What if you're allergic? It's hard to clean dog/cat hair.

I like how the room was set up. The furniture needs to be dusted. I don’t like that you have to go park behind the building to park in the garage. Then you have to pay $33 for a parking fee.

Great breakfast. The room was ok on cleanliness but was better than most places.

Our room was clean and the beds are really comfortable. We’ve stayed here twice already because the rooms are spacious for our family of six, and the pool and breakfast are a big hit with our kids.

Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make you feel at home. Parking, while not free, was convenient.
