Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta-Buckhead

The staff and valet drivers were amazing. They were extremely helpful, friendly and has excellent customer service. My first room wasn’t clean so I was moved to another room. The second room had outlets not working, a slow drain in the tub, the ac was horribly loud and had to be turned down to 62 before the room was cooled and stayed cool.

It wasn’t a very pleasant stay, the front desk clerk wasn’t friendly at all, the late night shift clerk had her head down sleep when I walked to ask her a question, she looked exhausted, she didn’t stand up to greet me and laid her head back down after she rung me up, the next day the same male clerk was not pleasant and didn’t attempt to get up to go see if he could find the items I asked for, he barely made eye contact with me and my fiancé, When he checked us in the first day he didn’t tell us if breakfast was included, he didn’t give us any information but the room number, Both of them need to pulled to the side to discuss what good customer service is, theirs were terrible!!! The toilets are absolutely to low the bath tubs weren’t clean, it wasn’t a pleasant stat.

Stayed there for a couple of days during the world cup 2026. Place was nice and tidy. The in-house breakfast was good.

the property is tires. the bathroom had black stains on the wall and handicap hardware in the shower was falling off.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Breakfast had a great variety of options; hot and cold. Location was nice in the heart of Buckhead - close to a variety of restaurants, etc.

Excellent

Lets talk about the breakfast. My daughters pancakes were hard and could not cut them, obviously frozen and were a BRICK, ceiling tiles in the breakfast area by the coffee were wet and falling down, floors were disgusting, tables were dirty, food was cold, drink choices sparse (tea, water, coffee), chairs are falling apart. For $20 a person I expect this to at least be the quality of waffle house or i-hop. $40 for parking? Crazy. There is no free parking anywhere onsite anywhere and didnt realize this when booking. Wont stay again.

Everything was great. The Hotel was clean, the staff - including the Valet were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay and made my birthday weekend delightful.

The hotel reception staff were unfriendly, especially those on the night shift.

A few things were in a state of confusion coming off the FIFA weekend event. Pillows were piled on the end of the bed with no pillow cases. The door to the room binds at the top restricting entering and closing completely. This was reported to staff.

The location was convenient, but unfortunately I was never able to stay because my reservation was not honored. arrived around 10:00 PM for my confirmed one-night reservation, and the front desk told me there were no clean rooms available. They said they were canceling reservations because they didn’t know when the rooms would be ready. I was turned away despite having a confirmed booking. To make matters worse, my reservation was later marked as if I had canceled it myself, which is not true. The hotel canceled my stay, and I have still not received my refund. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Was giving the wrong room, no housekeeping, took a whole day to receive extra sheets/covers/towels for sofa bed for my kids. I wasn’t impressed
