The rooms were nice and clean. Parking was a bit confusing. The top of the parking garage is for the hotel. At first we parked on level 4 and got lost trying to find the hotel. We figured out we should be parked on the top of the deck. After that we had no problem.

The stay here was wonderful and the place was clean and breakfast was great thanks HAYTT...

Very good

Great bed, very comfy, instant sleep. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Was expecting a mediocre hotel continental breakfast, but it was a very good selection and we ate well.

Location on Peachtree No dog walk area or potty area. Small landscapes were saturated with poop that others don’t pick up. The lady who checked us in, didn’t explain the parking garage rules. We parked in a spot with the same number as our room but it was actually a spot for the building and same room next door. So our vehicle got booted and cost $75 to get it unbooted. The beds are very uncomfortable and the couch was so dirty I didn’t even sit on it! The pet fee was $100 additional dollars for my 10lb dog. Booking didn’t have the fee listed. I assumed around $50 but $100 ridiculous. $350 total for 1 night stay and $85 for the boot. Insane! The only plus was our morning check out lady. She was very kind. Gave me a hug and card with prayer since I was a bit emotional due to my son being at Shepard Center from spinal cord injury and all the hotel stresses and fees had me very upset.

I adored Alex he tried to make things better the room was not cleaned... There were stains on the couch, and the linen was not fresh. I had to get my own air spray and whatever was in that room made me sick every night when i came back to the room. The breakfast was not good, as the fruit was not fresh ... I thought that hotel was top tier as it sits in the middle of exclusive stores, but no... when you say a bar, they were not stocked, and the attitude of the manager was not helpful, but Alex was as helpful as possible.

The hotel was really clean and well maintained, staff is also very polite. The people at the front desk are polite, friendly and always in a good mood. I stayed here for 5 days and all these qualities were consistent throughout. I loved it and will be back!

Super friendly staff, the room was really nice and comfortable, and probably one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at.

I really loved the location and the beds were very comfortable. The popcorn ceiling in our room was flaking off and the breakfast seating was awkward. Also the elevator for the parking garage seems to need some maintenance, it was a very choppy ride.
