Hyatt Place Atlanta/Buckhead

It was ok. It was a hole in the bathroom wall, hair left in the bathroom . And something all over the bathroom door. For the price it wasn’t worth it.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was exactly as described and we felt very safe during our stay. This hotel is at a perfect location when visiting Buckhead. The mattress was a little soft for my preference but was fine for our stay,. I really dont have an complaints.

The front desk staff were exceptional. However, the night security stated we were extremely loud and were non-compliant with the quiet time schedule. Although we were in the garden area where there wasn’t a notice that extended quiet time to that area. The security guard needs to improve on his professionalism.

We stayed in the 2 Queen suite and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The hotel is in a great central location for going to the Aquarium & Truist Park. We enjoyed being able to walk to the grocery store, shops, & restaurants near the hotel as well. The parking was convenient. The overall price was very reasonable & affordable.

Location and front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The sofa was extremely dirty and the linen on one of the beds looked like it had tire tracks on it.

Very clean and staff was very friendly The property says it has a bar and restaurant area but the front desk staff had to cook and get your drinks for you If you wanted anything. Also, the menu vas very limited.

Location The breakfast is not as clean as usual

All else OK Could not set alarm clock or tell if it was set or not. No microwave to heat tea (tea done in coffee machine tastes like coffee). Took a while to figure our how to set wake-up call - but both alarm and call did ring in am.

Convient location The carpets, couch was dirty. Hallway had a wet must smell. The parking garage wasnt connected so got wet everytime you came in and out of hotel.

However The Hotel said they2 never sent them the money and still charged my card teh FULL amount for my stay $470.91 till date Booking.Com has been playing games with my refund after confirming that they do owe me the refund. Its been over 2 months of back and forth. This has been a very unpleasant experience . BOOKING.COM HAS NOT BEEN HONEST WITH ME.
